If you are on console, then unfortunately you are not able to do that as it's only available on PC. It's a reshade addon called Easy No Hud Toggle (available to download on nexusmods) that removes all Hud elements with just the click of a button

It's probably Avellone Era Restored Visuals, my mod that restores original 2020 look the way it was intended to look by devs themselves.
