    Q1: Not the most intuitive way, but I would find angle M first, tan^-1(4/3), and then use that angle (53.13) to get NQ; sin(53.13)*3 = NQ

    Nice video. For question one one can think of it as …to go from the hypotenuse to the second longest side, multiply by 0.8.
    So 3(.8)=2.4 final answer

    For the first question : according to Euclidean theorem : (NQ)^2 =NQ * QP = 1.8 * (5-1.8) = 1.8 * 3.2= 5.7
    NQ= 2.4

    TYSM for the video it was very helpful. In the future can you do more questions that consist of problem solving and data analysis, that is where I struggle the most at.

    i didnt get the first question. how did they know that the hypotenuse is 5?? is there any rule that says if two sides of triangle is 3,4 the the other is 5?

      yes; they're Pythagorean triples (other examples are 5/12/13, 7/24/25, 8/15/17, etc)
