It took me a second to realize when I first heard RR why it hit so hard, and it's exactly that; the Queen vibes is STRONG, and nothing wrong with that at all.

Great song and talented band. This sounds like a song that was legitimately derived from the 1980s, and not merely a 2020s song that is perfunctorily using modern music technology to pass off as sounding "80s".
The band members are attractive too. Scandinavian men are a fine breed for sure.

A few years ago I'd have been distraught that my favourite band had gone full 80s on me. Funny how things change, how our tastes and views change too. I'm of the absolute belief that it simply isn't possible for Royal Republic to write a song that I wouldn't like. LoveCop and My House included!!!

But they dont ride their hat on the 10 great songs, instead they put on the most fun and exciting shows, so every fan feels like they got their money's worth. I love that they explore new sounds and eras with every album. It's become sort of a trademark for them. I still like the 1st album with the freakish riffs and transitions the best though. Hope they come to Slovenia some time. Listened to the, all over Europe, would be nice to see them on home turf once :).
