Yes it does. Other than the no items and higher mana constraints, it is an additional copy of the unit.
How does this samira buff even get the green light, is there any testing even done? Samira does more damage than most carries in the game right now

the glass count as one , so one + glass = work , two + glass = 3 = no buff from double
but it still worth some time , when double buff is kinda irrelevant in certain comp

Samira 3 with 2 items doing almost the same damage than belveth 2 with emblem bis, not even counting samira shreed, not counting the second samira damage.
6 chall 3 noxus plus at the start Mortdog says "she's overtuned" so they know about it, just play the comp or counter it by building rogues/Akshan/ahri or any back line targetting teams

Kinda annoying to see folks try to type over whoever morts having pick augments. Like cmon guys have some class. I view that in the same light as people jumping on a RUclips comment when the uploader responds to the original poster and everyone just immediately starts responding like they were the ones being talked to.

Because it's not a defeat if your partner comes over to your board and wins you the round. It's a win with 0 pieces left.

@@joaotrovaofilhoold set mechanic, a long time ago (2 years or maybe 3) there were "shadow components" that made items with drawbacks, for example shadow Zeke's gave more attackspeed to the carrier but stole 10% from the allies it touched

@@joaotrovaofilho the system around them, shadow components, sucked but we have augments now! Powerful items with drawbacks is a great way to make a silver augment like the gold ornn one!
