Ex EddieB The programs that i mentioned are just for rendering and animation process, for the 3D modeling i use programs like Sketchup, AutoCAD. Cinema 4D has some good (similar to 3DS Max) tools for modeling too...
ThreeAngle750 i dont understand...why does it take so long to render but theres video games out there that have bullets flying, particle effects, and lighting/shadows all running in real time?
At first I thought it was you holding a camera and trolling, that's to say how awesome it looks but then I realised it really was a demo and I kept repeating "Oh my god this is gorgeous!!!" Imagine if this was in the Oculus Rift. Omg just imagine the possibilities of creating VR games and being like reality. OMG this is so amazing!!! The lighting, the textures the reflection omg it is so freaking cool! Makes me wish I had a more powerful rig.
Not everything have to look realistic, we are in a technological era that we are trying to mirror reality as exact as possible, like the antique Greeks when they find out how to sculpt flesh as exact as possible, but Realism gets boring, when Expressionism came (the exaggeration of features in order to convey an emotion), the Realists criticized that it didn't look real enough, but that was not the point, not everything has to be realistic, in some games that emotions is one of its focus points, like The Sims 4, Expressionism is better, in historic games like Battlefield 1, Realism is necessary.
WOW! I use most of architectural visualization software but they need hours or days to render a short video, but this is in real time!
Yeah I use to render as well and it would take hours. What programs do you use?
Ex EddieB Cinema 4D, V-ray and lumion. You?
not architectural but lightwave, 3ds max, AutoCAD, solid works.

i wish the sims 5 will have a 1st person camera that u can control instead of clicking from 3rd person
guess what! Coming in an update for Sims 4 today lol
Awesome graphs, but if it's a shooter game. I will not play it, but it looks amazing.
LOL
Ex EddieB I would make an amazing Sims 4 game.
I don't know why but I want a 1 person Sims game, the 3 person is really coll but just it will be very cool
lol I agree

Yeah you need to try the demo yourself to really appreciate the lighting, they did a great job.
Upload the game to unreal engine to modify it
I like the music!

I actually hate how the sims 4 looks. it's way too goofy and ridiculous in my opinion. I love realism, especially in games like the sims.
how do you get the bots in the shooter demo?
Its in the options
But unfortunately, it's not. The Sims 4 looks way too cartoony I don't want to touch it.
