Hi Dr Alford, FYI, you can select a particular thread manufacturer and then change the colors to the 4 that you want to use. Then color sort and the machine will stitch out the colors correctly without the stops for color changes that are not necessary.
Loved your tutorial on your "Shooting Team" logo using Ultra2. My question is "what type of fill did you choose for the blue and gold areas, or did the software choose for you or does the software give you a choice of fills"? Please keep up the good work, it's videos like this that keep me interested and always moving forward. Thanks
Hi Raven, I am sorry I did not see your question earlier. You can choose the fill for most letters and any images using the Ultra Premier + or 2. I am happy you like the videos. :) I will be working on some new videos soon. Have a great day.
What type of file extension does the picture need to be in order to load the picture into Premier Plus 2 Ultra? It's not finding my picture even though I have it saved to the correct location PremierPlus2/MyPictures. My picture looks like it's a WinZip. Is their a Free program I can use to change the file extension to whatever it needs to be? What file extensions are usable?
Hi Jip, thank you for your question. You can import any image...photos, drawings, images created in software like Photoshop. However, you want to keep in mind copyrighted or trademarked material. It is illegal to reproduce items and sell that have been trademarked and or copyrighted for profit. For instance, Disney has copyright and trademarks on their products/images/designs. However, you can purchase artwork that has been licensed to use and sell. In other words, a person/company has to have permission to reproduce copyrighted/trademarked items/images. If done without permission, they can be sued. :( I hope that is the information you were looking for to your question.
@@lesleyboshell1074 Hi, that makes more sense. :) I believe you can. I have not tried it yet. However, I am currently working on a video to make lace/ lace appliques using tulle. However I think the same techniques could apply to freestanding lace. I will work on making a video making free-standing lace using the Premier plus and Viking sewing machine. :)
Hi Mary, Thank you for your comment. Try making adjustments to you computer screen - resolution/lightness/ etc.... I am unable to see any scrolling lines in this video. This is the first I have heard of this for this specific video in over 4,000 views. :) Have a great day. Mary
@@DrMaryAlford Think she means the part between 3:15 and 4:31... the camera's shutter speed and the monitor's refresh rate weren't 'in sync' so to say and that's creates those lines. Didn't bother me that much tho which is probably why noone has ever mentioned it before.

I find it easier to digitize manually from the unedited photo. Thanks for sharing about PhotoShop.
I know it's kinda off topic but does anybody know of a good website to watch newly released movies online ?
@Layton Leo Lately I have been using flixzone. You can find it on google =)

Do you have a video that shows how to load an embroidery pattern purchased from a website onto the topaz 50?
can you only import you're own images if you have the ultra version?

Hi! Does anyone know if you can use Procreate with this software?
The horizontal lines scrolling on your video make this unwatchable.
