Martin D-42 Modern Deluxe sound impression

Sound impression of the new Martin D-42 Modern Deluxe built with beautiful Indian Rosewood and Torrefied Sitka Spruce for the top and bracing. Recording was done via two Neumann KM-184 through a Beachtec audio interface into a Nikon D780. No effects, no compression, no nothing and then converted to MP4a.

I own this model instrument. It looks and sounds absolutely amazing. It opens up more and more every time it is brought out of the case. I hope I am still alive when this guitar reaches it's full sonic potential. A treasure of sight and sound. If you can get your hands on one, buy it and play, play play.
