I believe one of the major neglected aspects of Bhusan Dahal's interviews and in-depth discussions with such veterans and pioneers of respected fields is the lack of description in the title and thumbnail of the video topic. Rather than the name of personnel only, who are not well-known by the majority of audiences(mostly younger generation), it is in well interest of both the channel and the pioneer journalist to also add the topic discussed to make it more approachable to audiences of younger generation like me who are not familiar with names. I believe it would contribute to wider reach and educate the masses that these videos are looking to accomplish.

नेपालकाे आन्तरिक सुरक्षाकाे बारे बहस गर्दा उत्तर र दक्षिण पट्टि काे खुला सिमानाका बारेमा किन गहिरो बहस गर्दैनन् वा चहादैनन् वा सक्दैनन् ? देशकाे समग्र सुरक्षाको कुरागर्दा नेपाली सेनाकाे ब्यबसायीकरण र आधुनिकिकरणकाे बनरे किन बहस गर्दैनन् ?
सिमा सुरक्षा गर्न भनी पुर्गठन गिरएकाे सशस्त्र प्रहरी बललाई सिमा सुरक्षामा भन्दा बढि सिमाहरुमा हुने तस्करी, अबैध व्यापार नियन्त्रण र भ्रष्ट नेता, तस्कर, कला बजारियाहरुकाे सुरक्षामा दुरुपयोग गरिएकोमा किन बहस गरिदैन् ?
नेपाल जस्ताे भु- राजनितिक अबस्थितिमा रहेका मुलुकमा सुरक्षाको नाममा सुरक्षा निकायहरुमा तल्लाे दर्जाका प्रहरी र सेनाकाे जवानकाे सङ्ख्या किन बढाउदै लगिएकाे ? सरकारले प्रहरी, सेनालाई आबश्यकता अनुसार ब्यारेक सम्म निर्माण नगर्ने, न्युनतम हात हतियार पनि उपलब्ध नगराउने, सिमा सुरक्षामा खटाईएका सशस्त्र प्रहरी बलकाे निश्चत दुरिमा प्रहरी ब्यारेक निर्माण नगरि अस्थाई क्याम्पमा आधुनिक हतियार बिना २-४ जना जबानलाई १०-५ सिमानामा पेट्रोलीङ गरेायर मात्रै खुला सिमाना कसरी सुरक्षित हुन्छ भनेर किन बहस हुदैन ?
जुन समयमा नेपालमा म्याट्रिक पास गरेकालाई शिक्षित मानिन्थ्यो त्यसबेलाकाे साक्षर वा ५-७ कक्षा पढेकालाई प्रहरी र सेनाकाे जवानमा भर्ना गरिन्थ्यो तर अहिले नेपालमा बार्षिक करि २ लाख बिध्यार्थि एसईई, २.५ लाखले १२ कक्षा र १ लाख जतिले विभिन्न बिषयमा स्नातक पास गर्छन् । स्वदेशमा उचित राेजगारिकाे अबसर नपायार निम्नस्तरिय राेजगारिका लागि बिदेशिने गरेकाे अबस्थामा प्रहरी, सशस्त्र र राष्ट्रिय अनुसन्धानमन जवानहरुका लागि न्युनतम शैक्षिक याेग्यता १२ कक्षा उत्तीर्ण र नेपाली सेनाकाे जवानमा भर्नाकाे लागि न्युनतम शैक्षिक याेग्यता ताेकेर सरक्षा निकायलाई सङ्ख्यात्मक वृद्धि नगरी गुणात्मक रुपमा सुधार गरेर आधुनिकिकण तर्फ उन्मुख गराउने तर्फ कन बहस गिरदैन ? अब ईतिहासका राम्रा खाराब कुराहरुकाे गन्थन गरेर न हाम्राे आन्तरिक सुरक्षा मजबुद हुन्छ न खुला सिमाना नै नियन्त्रण गर्न सकेने छ । सामुदायिक प्रहरि र सशस्त्रकाे सङ्ख्या बढे सङ्गै नेपाली समाजमा तस्करी लगायत अन्य अपराधजन्य घटना बढ्दै गएकाे देखिन्छ । तर अपराधिहरुले उउच्च प्रबिधिकाे प्रयाेग बढाउदै गएकाे देखिन्छ भने प्रहरी निकायहरु भने गाँस, बास र आत्म सरक्षाका लागि आबश्यक बन्दाेबस्तिका सामान, हतियार बिना सडकमा उभिएर बस्न पर्ने अबस्थाले हाम्रा सरकार, नीति निर्मातालाई यसबारे पटक्कै चासाे र चिन्ता देखिदैन ।

There are no national police in federal government strucutre, only federal agencies that has overriding authority over local or municipal policing done by local government bodies. Various federal structures are added as per the need of national needs. Intelligence agency is different. A centralised body that over looks over policing activities throughout all local government is required to local authorities in check. As Neplaese constituiton is derived from American constitution, division of our ministerial and institutional authorities and powers are highly in contrast with American polity system. This is the main essance of our interviewee. Nothing wrong here. We need to understand world view and practises in order to understand our local policinf system. Chhers.
