- How to take a picture of your computer monitor screen, known as a screenshot, screen grab or screen capture, with the FREE Windows 11 Snipping Tool. Overview of features and settings including snipping modes, time delay, markup tools, crop, touch writing, snip outline border, and multiple snip settings. In this video we are creating a Windows 11 Quick Reference Guide and we want to insert a screen grab of the Snap Layout hover menu. We can do this using the Snipping Tool time delay feature. I didn't upgrade it, because one of my colleague did it and he was faced with so many issues which he finds difficult to cope with
