both, we used to have console pro league back in Y1 Y2 but now the community mostly hang out with jynxzy's. keep in mind as well that the new season allow crossplay from console to pc but not pc to console, so you may find some tourneys or even your ranked matches with console players. you could tell by their smooth and accelerated camera movement.
