I don't what you're on about, because the traditional Chicken Shawarmas I grew up with consisted of; Saj or Shrak Bread (Flat Bread), Garlic Sauce, Pickles, Fries, Thinly sliced Chicken, and a coating of melted chicken fat, after that it would be and quickly seared on both sides, so it closes.

This isn’t shawarma , this looks Mexican. The word Shawarma means *Spin* which is the meat, not sandwich lol. You also can’t put pork in a shawarma , a shawarma is only beef, lamb or chicken. You’re making us arabs crazy.
