My dad let me shoot my mom's 3220 when I was 3 yo. The first rifle that I ever shot. At my age it fing hurt.67 years later I enjoy a 30.06 and a .44 mag. without pain. Love my digital ear protection.😅😊
A friend of mine has one of these chambered different, but it's ancient too. Octagonal barrel and his looks a little worse, but one of his elders bought it new and it's hunted everything in middle America lol.
The Winchester 1892 was the firearm used by The Rifleman during the series. Chambered for the 44-40 round, I found it interesting that The Rifleman was set in the Wild West in 1881. Using a firearm by Lucas Kane that wouldn't be invented for another 12 years.
Don't have a 92, but I managed to get my hands on a Savage 23B Sporter carbine in 25-20. The worst thing about that rifle is the ammo. Per round from the factories, it costs more than the 6MM Remington I shoot.
I've never even seen a box of .32-20 before. It's not as rough looking to me, but she still shoots smooth apparently. Nice gun for anything you might need one for👌
Nice old '92 partner!! Full octagon barrel too!! Nice thing about the finish, you never have to worry about a scratch or ding lowering the value! Enjoy taking it a field and using it!! Blsgs, gg
Nice I have a mod.94 in 32 spcl. My grand pap bought in 53(manufactured in 47') when my Pop started hunting then he passed it on to me in 83 when I started deer huntin. And then I passed it on to my boy in 05' when he started huntin. We all got our first deer with that rifle and many in between. I love that old rifle and my pop pop for buying it all those years ago. And now I'd love to be there to see my grandson or daughter take their first deer with that old 32spcl..
Have a 32 from same time period my granddad got as soon as he got home from WWII. MY cousin owns it but alot of us have taken deer with it. Lever action or no action.
Looks like everything is properly tight to spec. The wood is weathered but not loose. This is what it should be. I wouldnt do a thing to it aside from cleaning it after use....like the original owner seems to have done. Great deal!
It is an odd cartridge -- too big and powerful for small game, but inadequate for big game. Even it's sister cartridge, the 25/20, has the same problem, although it can be used for varmints at longer ranges.
I recently tried to buy a box of .32-20 at a large local gun store. The clerk said the .32-20 hadn't been available in a long time. I also have a Model 92 chambered in that round.
i just bought a bunch of ammo online, look hard and be very very diligent. it exists out there, but BEWARE theres alot of scam sites out there. im oushing to get the cartridge brought back by majior manufacturers but we have a problem as a nation and unless something serious changes, i dont think were going to see much 32 ammo in awhile....... buckle up and get ready, and if you can roll your own. starline brass is available for it on occasion...... but whatever you do, do not fall for gunbroker prices....... 170$ a box for instance...... not even i will pay that and im the buy what you want when you want it because its there kind of guy.
I would imagine someone that made double barrel shotgun inserts that shoot 45400 Jeffrey and 405 Winchester out of a double barrel would make tons of money
Good god, I seen one like that same year for $1,650 I almost bought it but decided to get the 30/30 1894 same price though. Those are some beautiful guns.
Heck I'd give 1400 for that gun just the way it is. Send it to Winchester and have them completely rebuild it from the ground up, maybe even have it color case hardened. That is a heck of a rifle. And in that cartridge, you can reload with black powder which is cheap by comparison
Beautiful rifle! You got a heck of a deal too!
My Father has an 1873 Winchester 44/40 !
Awesome rifle. Reguardless of it rough shape. Its still an an amazing find.

I recently got a 92 in 32wcf it was made in 1907 and is definitely one of my favorite rifles
I love Winchester
That’s awesome. Love the levers.
Damn fine rifle a true classic...love 💘
I m in love with this Gun
I have a marlin 94 in 32-20, it shoot great and still operates just fine
There's something about some guns that are beat to shit that just make them look better
Gorgeous! And imo the wear and tear makes it even better like a nice worn in leather jacket! Thanks for sharing pard'ner🤠
My grandfather had a 1873 Winchester in excellent condition in 32-20. My cousin inherited it.
Just picked up a modern reproduction 1892 chambered in 357 magnum / 38 special. Its my first gun and Im so proud.
Nice 👍
@@ncrrangerrolandtembo4615 I blame new vegas for my affinity for cowboy guns
Beautiful Rifle and in awesome shape!!!👍
My uncle had one and literally drove tack's at 50 yards amazing accurate lever rifle.
Absolutely beautiful. The history of that piece is in the patina! I might polish the stock but nothing else..
I have a 118 year old 1894 30/30. Looks its age but fires and operates as good as when it left the factory!
In 2023 this is the kind of gun and caliber people want comfortable to shoot
That patina is beautiful!
I think so too!
Good deal, still looks right. I'd rather have one that looked like that, than a modern version.
It's beautiful keep shooting it .
A classic "western rifle". Love them.
As long as you keep it cleaned and oiled after ever use theirs is no reason why it should not last another life time.
3220 is going to make a huge comeback
A dream gun right there
A great and under appreciated caliber.
Es el modelo más bonito para mi gusto de todos!!!👍
My favorite vintage lever gun. I’ve always wanted one.
Buy one lovely gun no regrets.

I love lever actions, pretty iconic.

Great deer rifle and turkeys
I like them in rough shape as long as it shoots true
That's a bit lovely 😊

This the kind of gun you can take to the range or to camping and have so much fun look at the barely kick butt enough

AWESOME PURCHASE!!!
Nice gun. My uncle bought an old pump action gun in 32 rimfire. The cartridges look like a big .22 rimfire.

Have a SAA in 32-20 belonged to my grandfather, love the round in a pistol
They just don't make 'em like they used to...but they should cuz we would buy 'em by the truckload. 🇺🇸👍
Good deal I love it
I'd be in rough shape at 120 years old. It's fully functioning so sweet ❤❤❤
youre rough now i dont want to see you at 120 yo.... but atleast youre not bidening or pelosying around us being some anti..... lol
Very nice gun.❤
My father had a1886 caliber 38-40 excellent rifle
👌👌I myself have a vintage 1948 410 bolt action with choke. Oh and it's super loud. 🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝
Great deal id have grabbed it myself
I love it
Never even heard of 32/20 ! wow!😮😊
Look into 25-20. Debatably cooler, even harder to find tho lol, basically a 1900’s version of 22 hornet
It's a bottle neck cartridge like 44-40 wcf, 32-20 is actually fairly affordable if you find a place that carries it
It is an odd cartridge -- too big and powerful for small game, but inadequate for big game.
Even it's sister cartridge, the 25/20, has the same problem, although it can be used for varmints at longer ranges.
Wonderful rifle.
Now that's a badass piece worth every penny you paid. Hell new Henry's probably dont even hold a candle to it
henrys are nice, but theres something about classics with character that just shine like no other.
My first deer rifle was a "73 in 32-20
And the ammo box...the best
Was it restored? Because it looks really beautiful.
It is a beautiful gun but why would you think its been restored?? Lmfao there is rust and pitting all over it
so was it restored? yes or no? if you don't know the answer .we won't judge you.@@bradenpetty3828
