I just completed a 6 week adventure exploring the UK and Europe. (I live in Canada) I started mid april from London and finished the end of May in London. I planned my route based on the usual weather patterns, avoiding being in Italy during the summer, heading back to the UK once the warm sunny weather hit. and that all just didn't happen. London, at both the beginning and ending, was cool and drizzly. and so was the rest of Europe lol. I had 2 sunny days in Naples, that was it.

We enjoy watching you and Keegan in your videos. But we're not going to send you presents - that's just weird; sending things to a stranger on RUclips. I find it odd that RUclips channels solicit gifts. I would think that what RUclips pays you from clicks would be sufficient. That would be tantamount to me sending $$$$$ to a "billionaire" Trump's legal fund. NOPE! I keep telling people, "Make yourself wealthy by saving and investing wisely and NOT by going into debt or buying stuff from billionair's/corporations". No one listens to my advise and then they complain that they live paycheck-to-paycheck. Oh well.
Seriously, Joel, look up Colorado's weather. It's quite all of the good stuff in one. And... a good place for those of us who have asthma.👍😁
There are so many states that have 4 seasons. You can also narrow it down by the highest and lowest temperatures for each area.
Ireland was gorgeous. I've been all over except the north. SO worth a trip. Galway people are very friendly. Im 75% English and a bit Scottish and Danish/Swedish.
Covid, definitely. So many people are going down with it again. Several of my friends, North and South people.

You want the dry heat that we have in the desert, 110 and above is common in sumer. Single digit humidity. You can't stay out in the sun very long hower.

If you live in Seattle, you get long sumer days with late sunsets. It depends on where you are within the particular time zone. Take NYC compared to Atlanta. Both in the Eastern Time zone, but Atlanta is further south and much farther west, so far west that at one time it was in the Central time zone until WW2 then they move the line to the border with Alabama. Sunrise in Atlanta during the winter is not until about 8:00 AM. Las Vegas is on the very eastern part of the Pacific time zone and in summer the sun sets at 8:00 PM but rises very early, about 05:30 or or earlier. Also, last time I checked, the United States is still in the northern hemisphere. In about 10 million years however it will be below the equator
I love milk especially chocolate milk!!! I can drink up to a gallon of milk a day especially if it is chocolate!!!!

Yes. Do lives once a month or so. If you schedule it, maybe it takes a bit less pressure on weeks when things are busy.

While some states don't have a state income tax, you would still have to pay the federal income tax. And the UK does indeed have a sales tax...it's just that the tax is included in the advertised price of things where in the US the sales tax is not included, but added on at the point of sale. There are 5 states with no general sales tax in the US
you need to take some vitamin D3 and Zinc to get yourself better if you ever suspect you have covid!!! I think I had covid twice and each time I felt it coming on I started taking vitamin D3 and Zinc and I would feel a bit better after each dose and got over the covid within 48 hours.

Colorado has 4 seasons!!! No high humidity, and approx. 300+ days of sunshine.

You’ll probably never read this but as a Canadian I wouldn’t say we are a cross between British and American. We are really so different. We do have divisive politics but generally we are more progressive. There are a few loonies who have an issue with reproductive rights are not enough to change things. It was determined legal by our Supreme Court so it’s covered by our healthcare nationwide. Gay marriage has been the norm here for so many years and LGBTQ protections are nationwide but there are a few who have issues with trans kids. The weather here is much warmer. I live in Edmonton and we hardly had snow this year. You’ll want to live in Nova Scotia or New Brunswick because they have milder weather but they get hurricanes. It is much safer here as we have gun restrictions and any gun crimes almost always involve firearms smuggled here from the USA. So aside from the fact we are part of the commonwealth i eoul$nt say colonialism is our common connection. No civil war. No donald Trump politics. We have history we shouldn’t be proud of but there are so many other countries who owe apologies to people based on things done decades ago

Aw I agree with you 100% about the heritage etc of ppl ruining properties and places to build umpteen amounts of flats etc to make max profit and turn it all to 💩 I know ppl like money but to me it's not all about money, far too many greedy ppl with too little vision or heart 😕 Pmsl! All states have income tax. It's just federal tax. There are states, like my state of Florida, that don't have state income tax.
I would never live in an HOA. They seem like more hassle than what it's worth.

I'm like 48% British and 42% Dutch with a smattering of Irish and French/Spanish/Portuguese. I was equally disappointed when I found out I was over 99% Western European. I wanted some Native American, Latino, African, or Asian. I got less than 1% Western asia, which I've been told is where Bosnia/Croatia/Serbia is. I was more excited about that "less than 1%" than I was the about the entire 99% European. And don't get me wrong, I love Europe, but I wanted something more exotic.
Bosnia/Croatia/Serbia are in Eastern Europe. They were all part of the former country of Yugoslavia. It is a most Slavic languages area.

I’m late to the party, but why not do a Covid test? I had it for the second time earlier this year. I felt so ill. It was worse than the first time.
Just because it doesn’t change anything anymore. Covid isn’t seen as a big deal anymore so whatever it is, I just stay home and recover
Except….you didn’t stay home. You went out (to the gym) to spread it to other people. Just because you don’t hear about it in the news as much anymore more, people still die from COVID. Why be so cavalier about other people’s health. That’s kind of insane to me. But I also wouldn’t go out and about with flu because I know people die from that every day too. 🤷🏼♀️
Nevada has no state income tax and the sane with Washington, TexASS besides the states you mention have no income tax. Beware, they make up for in with other taxes. Property taxes in TexASS are very high. Nevada has no income and low property taxes. A high sales tax. Like they say, high taxes, high expectations, low taxes low expectations. We have the worst public school system in the country and a state population that is relatively poorly educated. A fairly low high school graduation rate and even lower college degree rate. You would need a green card to move here + residency visa. Still, it is fairly easy for people to move here a nearly impossible for Americans to move to Europe. It should be reciprocal. The states that you mention are pretty RED/MAGAHATE, would you really want to live amongst that? The gun culture is another aspect. As for door knockers, real estate agent asking, here we have no privacy and a realtor can look up public records to see who owns the house, in my case a shell company for my privacy, how much one owes on i t etc. Since I live in a guard gated community, no door knockers here and NO politicans knocking to whore for votes this November. Do they still have VAT in the UK, that is a sales tax, is it not?

Let's say you followed that crazy agent's advice sold your house hoping to move into this new house. Your deal falls though because they get a better deal. Now you have no where to live. Maybe that's what the old guy and son did now they have no where to live. That could of explain that old guy's problem.
I don't know why people are so obsessed with air con, I can't stand it. In the car I have it on for a couple of minutes to cool me down and then I switch it off cos I hate it. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure that US mph is actually different to UK mph, just to throw a bit more confusion in there, lol.

Watching this late - BUT if you think you might have COVID (even though you think it's "normalized (???!!!) now) - why on earth would you decide to go out (to the gym, etc.) and possibly pass it to others that might be more adversely affected than you apparently are. Really disappointed at your being so inconsiderate.
I had the same thought also. I've heard some of my fellow Americans say similar things and it makes me feel incredibly sad. To hear kind-hearted and considerate Joel say this broke me a little bit.
