Hi,if you had some delphi softwares before,delete all the remain data from them,and reinstall all again,or adjust your defender/antivirus settings,they may block the software. Regards
Hello I have a problem i installed everything like you have shown but I'm not able to get in to the program after installation when I click on the icon it shows me the starting page with the car and then it doesn't go in to the actual program just everything disappears

When I do the hardware setup it says that the VCI is not found. I don't know what to do further and how to make it work. When I did the activation, both of them were green so I don't know why it doesn't work out
Try to do update firmware manually: Go to windows device manager Find the diagnostic device/right click/update/browse update manually(delphi folder where you installed)/choose driver folder/ok/done/then will USB serial port show up in device manager/repeat the same process and done/try then if it works
