Freddie: "I like that first bit, I like that first bit, shall I come in from here now?"
Freddie: "Carry on!"
Freddie: "Oh fuck I missed it fucked it".

Freddie: "There was three of us and we all came in a beat late."
Roger: "You didn't even shout one or anything."
Freddie: "I know I shouted one and came in myself late (laughs)".

Freddie: "It's all breath and air" (burps)

[Unused Vocal #1 / Instrumental Takes Begins]
I'm just a poor boy, (oooh, poor boy), I need no sympathy
Because I'm easy come, easy go
Little high, little low
Anyway the wind blows, doesn't really matter to me - to me
Mama, just killed a man
Put a gun against his head
Pulled my trigger now he's dead
Mama, life had just begun
But now I've gone and thrown it all away
Mama, oooh, ooh, ooh, ooh
Didn't mean to make you cry
If I'm not back again this time tomorrow
Carry on, carry on, as if nothing really matters
Too late, my time has come
Sends shivers down my spine
Body's aching all the time
Goodbye everybody, I've got to go
Gotta leave you all behind and face the truth
Mama, oooh, ooh, ooh, ooh
(Anyway the wind blows)
I don't want to die (oooohhh)
But I sometimes wish I'd never been born at all (oooh-ooh, oooh-ooh, oooh-ooh, oooh-ooh)
Gallileo, gallileo
Gallileo, gallileo
So you think you can stone me and spit in my eye?
So you think you can love me and leave me to die?
Oh, baby, can't do this to me baby
Just gotta get out - just gotta get right outta here
[Vocal Take #2 Begins]
Mama, just killed a man
Put a gun against his head
Pulled my trigger now he's dead
Mama, life had just begun
But now I've gone and thrown it all away
Mama, oooh, ooh, ooh, ooh
Didn't mean to make you cry
If I'm not back again this time tomorrow
Carry on, carry on, as if nothing really matters
Too late, my time has come
Sends shivers down my spine
Body's aching all the time

(Anyway the wind blows)
I don't want to die (oooohhh)
But I sometimes wish I'd never been born at all (oooh-ooh, oooh-ooh, oooh-ooh, oooh-ooh)
Anyway the wind blows. Freddie: "No!".
0:24 Freddie: Faaak XD
0:03 lol “take 2 of ‘Fred’s thing’ “
is that how they got it from the movie?
They called like that because they didn’t have decided the music name
Lol indeed. Fred’s thing which became one of the best songs ever written.
@@imgoodatmoaning9561 I was just going to post that line too..Fred's thing was pretty amazing!
bohemian rhapsody was freddie's thing because they wasn't have the song name
It's great hearing them alive, relaxed, working, enjoying their time together . . . Thanks!.
Well they kind of had to enjoy it some, because this was their do or die album. Had it failed, there would be no more Queen albums. I get your point though.
@@theskicker8856 Hi!!!! Thanks for bringing this back into my attention. I liked the video very much. Now enjoying again, over and over. (Hey, I'm retired.) Just gonna say their work is evidence of the love of music-making they each had - perfection was the goal and trusting Freddie & themselves, they made it work.Plus didn't each have a track on this Album ?
@@marvalstith2749 yep. They all did. John and Roger each had one, and Brian and each had 5.
4:25 literally I'm dying of laugh
but actually cool tho i like it
Bohemian Rhapsody is such a good song. I liked the outtakes. The outtake of the Galileo is my favorite because it shows that Roger and Freddie have such big talent. The first take of the rock is funny because Freddie accidentally yells. I love these outtakes.

TOO HIGH ROGER, TOO HIGH
Priceless innit!
Damn Freddie's speaking voice was so much higher back then! By the 80s it deepened a lot...
Ravages of smoking...
@@romelovesdan and aging lol
It was the smoking. He wanted his voice to sound deeper.
I think he sounded amazing when he was young he had a beautiful voice.
I loved his song you take my breath away. Freddie sang that song with so sweetly he had that child like vulnerability about him that was so endearing to me. There will never be another one like him.
Freddie is singing with the angels in heaven now.
@@romelovesdan "Ravages"? LOL. Yeah, that's why he cranked out Exercises In Free Love in the late 80s. His voice got deeper because everyone's voice -- male and female -- gets deeper the older they get.
@@cindyvazquez7500 His voice matured male voice can mature until the age of 45. This is especially true for the deeper sounding tenors. Freddie's voice might have sounded high pitched, but he actually sang higher in the 80's far more comfortably.
1:10 that, ladies and gentleman, was one very impressive burp. Good job Freddie 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Lol
I thought that was Roger
🤣
I was told it was Brian
🤣🤣🤣
His laugh, the silly remarks, they're priceless. The beautiful voice! Love it!
This, ladies and gentlemen, is what it takes before a song is considered complete. This is the hard work that is never seen. We're just lucky enough to be given the final song, all sorted and polished and flawless.
4:25 He went higher so that dogs could hear him. But HOW MANY MORE GALILEOS DO YOU WANT?

Yes hahaha
Freddie's laugh is melting my heart 💓😖😖💓
Queen should heavily focus on catering to diehard fans' requests of releasing official outtakes. They're definitely slow in the process of reissuing their albums. So far, we've only had News of the World and The Miracle to be expanded with bonus material.
3:45 I like how he says " But sometimes I wish..." Instead of "And sometimes"
4:25 Roger are you okay honey😭🤚🏻

THAT WAS FREDDIEEEE
It's so special hearing the creation of this masterpiece and Freddie's sense of humor really shines through. I love everything about this
Find the extended version of the making of One Vision by Queen. Similarly awesome but with video of them workshopping a song. So great!
Freddie's laugh has to be the cutest thing I've ever heard!
4:30 the drum sound was much clearer than the original one
4:25 us when we try to sing the galileo
Love and miss you Freddie 🥺😭💔
1:05 - 1:11 Freddie.... "It's so facking hot in here" ...
BUURRRP.. 😝 Listening to out-takes is wonderful. Thanks again !!!
The laugh is simply the best!! I can hear it over and over. What a great sense of humor he had and the friendship between them is such a joy to hear.
How beautiful Freddie's voice is?🤩 wow!
1:10 his burp is music
4:26 Roger...
0:27 when you step on a lego
Brian at the start - "Take one of mark two version of Fred's...thing." Too funny! There's not too many things we haven't all heard a million times. This was such a treat to hear some behind the scenes stuff that I've never heard before. Great!!
That's Roy Thomas Baker at the start. Not Brian
@@freddyfazbearsgamingymas6722 exactly
Listening to these outtakes after all these decades is like being present when God created the universe xD I still remember exactly where I was and who I was with the first time I heard Bo Rhap on the radio. When the song ended, we looked at each other and said, “What the hell was that and can we hear it again?” xD
its 39 likes and i don't wanna like your comment lol
I wish I was alive when freddie was alive :'(
Love this!!! Hearing Freddie laugh💛
Hearing his wonderful enunciation 💛
Someone has to animate this
This is so precious!
Especially the burping!
@@sophiehanssel2017 everything about Freddie is precious 😂
Freddie- 1:04 "its so fucking hoT in here im not kidding"😂😂
Haha! He called it 'Fred's thing' just like in the movie!
@EUC_AFTERLIFE I was laughing at how what we heard him call it in the movie was actually a real working title, not just an idea the screenwriter came up with. It's also funny because with a song that's as all over the place as Bohemian Rhapsody, you can understand how it might be kinda hard to put a name on top of it.
They had the actual track for the movie
I love Freddie's speaking voice and his laugh,it gives me energy.love you mr.mercury...💖💖💖
Mamma, just killed a man😢
Freddie’s voice is as smooth as silk!
That was awesome! I love hearing that first line in this audio that was in the Bohemian Rhapsody movie, “Fred’s thing.”
I love the little vocals that bleed though the piano track
4:25 the "Galileo's" are so funny 😂
So cute and perfect 👌🏼 ❤
I've been laugh at 4:44 that Freddie had a voice crack many times.

Love it!! Fun to hear them rehearsing ❤️💛
It's still an amazing song
The melody the lyrics it's like something you've never heard before
Who combines Opera with rock ?
LoL they truly were fantastic and so original.
They were fantastic but they weren't original. Sorrow is Born' by Pretty Things in 1968 is acknowledged as the first rock opera. The Who did the rock opera "Tommy" in 1969.
@@debra2700 but Freddie did a whole Opera in about 6 minutes Charlie was a whole Opera and what two hours?
Sorry that was Freddie
That was supposed to be Tommy not Freddie not Charlie LOL
@@whatsit177 The statement was "who combines opera with rock" and I pointed out that someone already did regardless of the length of time. Bohemian Rhapsody was genius, no doubt about it and by far the best, just not the first!!
Thank you. This makes me so happy.
Fred's thing.........I DIE !!!!!!!
I think it's very rare to hear such recordings
Who knew that "Fred's Thing" would become one of rock's all-time classic standards!?! Great to hear snippets of how "Bohemian Rhapsody" was put together.

Merry Christmas Freddie Mercury
Merry Christmas and Many Thanks ChinWonder for all the great videos you post! I'm loving this one..❤
I can see why he preserved his voice for live takes. He performs back to back nights, and clearly that would've worn out his voice a lot quicker

As you can hear.. they seems just have a fun with the sessions.. no tension, no debate, just joking arround :)
That’s how u make great music by having fun so the users and feel the fun in iy
They often argued as stated by Brian and Freddie themselves. Obviously everyone has arguments at times and it’s great hearing them having a good time!
Very much precious
Freddie’s voice💛💛💛💛
I like this Fred doesn't sing these high notes at concerts so this is the only time you don't hear them outside of the final product

Nah, they just didnt use that take. They couldnt "tweak" those things back then.
@@ThorSuzuki1 actually, they DID use it in the final version. If you listen carefully, you can hear it (:
@@ThorSuzuki1 they sorta could. Ever heard of over dubbing?
@@aqua_bree No, they didn't! It was another take for sure. Even this one was very good. There is also a record with some out of tune takes for this part of the song. It is an offence to question Freddie's capability to sing - especially his own songs. He didn't need a "tweak".
@@aqua_bree no they didn't, the leaked 24-tracks say as much.
