Well considering the PM is going to know a hell of a lot more then a the rest of us. He is probably telling the truth. It only made it through funding because of all the states involved in this hunk. Just like the F-22. We will lose our next war because of crap equipment and only 3 of each kind. Contractors are so freekin greedy.
