You can comment whilst watching on TV but it's painful if you are doing it through a remote and each brand of TV displays the apps in slightly different ways I have a TV in my studio where I watch RUclips videos whilst crafting or designing, I cast to the TV from my phone, then when the video is finished go back to the phone to leave a comment, I find that a lot easier.
