new Philips lamps unfortunely are average quality, ones under 2015 years was good, now Philips is a bit better than osram, osram produce now tragic quality lamps. I prefer GE/Tungsram lamps nowdays
The philips master son-t pia plus still has good quality and sturdiness, not like before but it continues and keeps the sturdiness, I have two master son-t pia plus 70w 8K August 2018 and 9D April 2019 and they are quite good build quality more than average build quality I would say 6.5/10! GE bulbs are very expensive and a bit hard to find so the best option for less money is the philips master son-t pia plus and sylvania shp-t basic plus which can be top quality, I also have a philips master son-t apia plus hg free 70w A7 Jan 2017 and it has slightly better build quality than the master son-t pia plus, I will say based on quality the master son-t apia plus hg free 7.5/10, and the sylvania shp-t basic plus will get a rating of 8.2/10!

I still install like 5 Philips SON lamps on average per day here in the netherlands.
