Not going to lie... Would be nice to follow this step by step not having to be slowed down. Ps, I gave it a thumbs down.... the fast pace is killer..... I really appreciate the video though! Its an awesome follow through outside of video speed :) Plus I have learned alot from it and I am glad for what I have learned.

The video is in very slow mode, you should have increased the pace😒
