In this video, Ma'am ANA PH tackles the ways on how you should format your research instrument, in particular the Questionnaire. Being the most commonly used research instrument, the questionnaire must be developed correctly and must be made with utmost care.
Watch the video and learn about the questionnaire format, its three significant parts, as well the things to do and not to do in forming your questions and putting the items in the said instrument.

@@anaph hello po mam pwede po ba mag ask ng question, I'm currently working for our content analysis/thematic analysis research. Wanted to know po kung kailangn po ba ng questionnaire yung ganung type ng research kasi may hinihingi po samin na evidences ng paper nmn.
And ano po ba dpt laman ng result section nmn kasi po nag coding kami pero nag extract LNG po kami ng commentaries from the chosen corpus of data sa RUclips comment section na need nmn based from inclusion and exclusion criteria at hindi po dun include yung date kung kailan kinoment ung mga comments pure commentaries (total of 14) lng po at naguguluhan po ako sa example kung paano I pepresent ung result nun. Na code na po nmn sila at nagawan ng sub theme at isang main theme (buong meaning ng sub theme) and the problem po nakita ko po kasing example from my teacher is ung result may involved ng numbers like example in research conducted it shows that 14% of the students are... naka percentage po ung sa example.
Ganun po ba ung sa result section ng cotent analaysis percentage?
Ung una ko po kasing ginawa sa results binaggit ko po ung mga sub themes na nabuo galing sa na extract na comments then ung main theme is yun po ung buong tema ng mga sub themes.
Ang study po nmn is related po sa challenges of learning among special needs children, ung commentaries po nmn na compose ng 14 comments pinagsama sama po ung mga same ng thought then isa isang Ginawan ng sub theme tps po ung mga subthme ginawan po namin nang isang main theme.
Di ko po alam pano Ipepresent ito sa result section, kailangn po ba ng percentage and kung kailangan po, dapat po ba naka Indicate sa methods mo na kukunin mo po ung percentage. Kaso po qualitative po kasi ung research nmn using descriptive design po kaya naguguluhan ako.
Literal akong napastop😆😅 at pinanuod ung mga previous videos nyo po. Sobrang helpful po sa research namin. Medyo nagsisi nga ako, ngayon ko lng npanood yung video nyo po. Nkagawa na po kami ng questionnaire kaso d ako cgurado sa mga statement na nasa instrument po namin. Yung study po namin Maam ay "Effects of Synchronous and Asynchronous Modalities of Learning" so yung tanong ko po Maam ay ok po ba yung inilagay namin dun yung advantages at disadvantages na statement or d tlaga? I just heard u say po at in the previous video na "avoid double negative questions". Feel ko na po tlaga yung kamalian ng instrument namin huhuhu

in regards to your question, based on your title, it is about EFFECTS, so the effects of synch and asynch modalities should be the highlight of your questions in the instrument.
also yes po, thats correct that we should avoid double negatives in the question.

You content is very helpful! I'm developing my questionnaire on reading difficulties of the 1st and 2nd Graders. The respondents are the pupils but the questionnaires can only be completed with the help of the teacher or the researcher. Is it called questionnaire survey or an interview questionnaire considering that the researcher or the homeroom teacher has to read, ask and be the one to compete the questions for them ?
