I am a Texas alum and I do think Georgia will be able to throw the ball on us. I am curious to see how improved our DBs will be against a really good QB. I think the Texas DBs will be much better than last year, but to what degree? It will be interesting to watch.
I like stats too. For example, 13 teams have scored 30 or more on Texas. 11 of them won. In addition, the “ga doesn’t get to the qb” is so old and lazy. Even 21 Ga didnt get a lot of sacks, almost is if 2-gap schemes don’t focus on sacks. Huh…
No but your take was bad. Georgia isn’t just a 2 gap team. They are multiple in almost everything they do. They were also 16th in sack rate in 2021. They were in the 80s before this game. I don’t know what got you so fired up. I said nothing negative about georgia. They played great. If you wanna argue hit the twitter streets
