You have to brainwash yourself into believing your rational beliefs. We need more videos like these. Defenetly helpful
I will def make more, absolutely!
Very helpful, thank you! More videos doing exercises like this would be great.
Just what I needed to hear today, thank you!
Great video as always, Nick! Really helpful 🙂
Thank you for the constant support Danielle!
this was one of the most helpful videos, wow thank you!!
Thank you so much for the support!
This elaboration of the book is great!
It would be also great to elaborate on the core fears and breaking them down. When I ask myself “ so would it be so bad to xxx and xxx?” And I can only think about” YES it would! “ …. and I am stuck 😆
Oliver has done a great video on that on this channel titled core fears.
The sleep example is spot on.
So Like I Get A Thought That I Might Not Achieve My Dreams? Like I Won't Be Able To Operate On My Patients ? So I Have To Accept It Unconditionally?
Thanks In Advance,Nick
Hey buddy! Absolutely that's a huge part of it! And breaking down the fears of why it would be terrible to not achieve your dreams
when i developed a fear of eye floaters one irational belief that came was i cant look up or down nor read a book because the floaters wont let me. It isnt here as much now but does come sometimes can i recover from this?
Hey Nik when you say you dispute 15 minutes a day what do you actually mean by that, like what do you tell yourself?
Hey! So I will do one of the exercises a day, well in the beginning I did. I will find my core fear, which may take some trial and error, and go about bringing the fear down.
@@aguywhohikes1271 thanks for the advice. Whenever I am suffering in my mind I try to dispute but I try to stop my self. It's complicated 😂. Are you saying that you shouldn't dispute when going through your day but only in those 15 mins?
@@ady4068 Yep! Never dispute walking around. That's how we use it as a tool to escape uncomfortable feelings.
Your a cool person
Thank you Brenda! I really appreciate the support!
