I'm also studying abroad in Belgium right now! It's been so fun to document in videos and I can't believe how fast the year has gone.
Hi, could u plz say which website did u used for finding universities in Belgium?
I hope you enjoyed it !
Inshallah coming to ULB next year can't wait to be done with High school!
As a Belgian I always wondered why students choose our country 😞 but hope you had fun!
I moved to Belgium one month ago for studies and I still think that Belgium is a very good country to live in. Many languages, many nations - so many opportunities to widen interests and develope language skills. Also economics are good, local citizens are wonderful, the country itself is very beautifull, especialy those flanders regions. I am wondering if you tried to live anywhere abroad? I think, it`s very common that you do not respect the environment you live in for long, because evrything is so boring and the same, you already used to all the things and it`s hard to find something to be really passionate about.
@@coraline-qn1vs « one month ago » is all I needed to know 🤣 and yes I did live abroad , Thank you very much. I know my country better than you do , that’s for sure 😊
@saltymojito5465 im thinking of coming to study here ? Can you tell me why and why shouldnt i move here ?
@@fatimamahmood9815 I'm not OP, but I'll give you my take.
Belgium is a great country to come study imo, there are a lot of courses that can be taken in English in most Universities and Colleges, our higher education system is quite highly regarded and most countries accept their diplomas as legitimate.
There are a lot of problems too though, housing can be very expensive depending on what city you end up going to Uni in, our health system and tax system are very complicated and you have to figure out what is and isn't covered by your visa status and other factors.
On the whole, most international students I've interacted with have been very positive of the experience, Belgians often underestimate how good we have it here.
My main advise would be to inform yourself thoroughly and try to think of some situations and make a plan before coming on how to deal with that.
i.e. health emergency, public transport strike, money problems etc.
If you do end up coming, I wish you the best!
Randomly found this channel. Love your sweater
Loved it!!! such a nice vibe haha what university are you studying at? ^^
hi, if you dont mind asking, at what university do you study and what would you rate this university from 1 to 10, just need some help while deciding in which one to go
same for me . did u find a good one ?
What is the generally acceptance percentage of master degree as an international student ?
the studying dutch i felt so hard
I love your video!
Hi
Do people in Belgium understand English?
Can you get away from everyday life if you only speak English?
yes they can, while travelling, with no knowledge of french i could live there because everybody knows at least basics
Yea, you'll always find someone that has a decent lvl of english
Can you please make video on how you move to Belgium can a international student study dentistry in Belgium?? And if yes then which university and how plzzzz 😭😭😭😭😭🥹
i think there are 2 universities in Belgium where you can study dentistry. Ghent University and KU Leuven. The dentistry training lasts five years and is divided into two cycles: three bachelor years and two master years.
Heyyy, I'm studying abroad in Belgium this year. Would you mind letting me know from where did you get that Dutch Class. Is it from the uni itself?
Hi, I hope you will enjoy Belgium. The Dutch class was free from the Uni, the school you are going to will probably have something similar for the international students.
What do you recommend to live in Mechelen as an student, renting a Kot or living in the uni residence??
Did u get the answer to this?
which city did you study in?
where can I find the universities to apply to? I mean do they have an integrated website about their universities?
They do not have a website of all universities that I know of. If you google Belgian universities they all have a lot of international students. Different universities have different acceptance requirements. Hope this helps!
adorable
Are there any other American students you meet at the university or college where you go? or are you an exception. I know it's probably a stupid question but I'm just curious LOL
I have heard of 2 American students besides me, but they are not in my classes and I never see them.
Deze video is echt goed!
Dankje liefje
