Nice tutorial please also make tutorial on Environment Map like what's the purpose of this command .

Environment Map is very easy. Basically, it is used to evaluate the surface smoothness of the model. So, I don't think i will do a video specifically for it. A more accurate map will be the zebra ruclips.net/video/ZTx39afRD8o/видео.html

in terms of actual deformation is there any difference between this and the flow along srf command?

Not too sure, though. But I think there should be difference as this has more directional and scaling control.
