@@ghaffz6744 Hey thanks for the question and well done for wanting to look at joining the ambulance service. The shift times do vary from Trust to Trust and from which station you are working out of. In a nutshell, the most common times are a 8, 10 or 12 hour shift. It can be 9-7pm, 4pm-2am for example. I would advise you contact the Trust you wish to join and ask them for an example of the relief/rota times. Hope that helps. Keep in touch :)

There are always ways around finding time and sleep but it takes a few shifts to work that out. I prefer 10 hours to 12 hour shifts that’s for sure. :)
