It really does... I was so pissed that Thors died like that.... 😢 Yeaaah Thorfinn's VA is amazing! When I'm editing the episodes I notice all these things. It sucks listening to anime with just one earbud, we miss out on the full power of the voices and the music 😖😖
@@Davinci_and_Bruixa OMG same i hated that we lost Thor so early on.. like even now it still makes me mad that they gave us such a good character just to lose him in ep 4 😥 and yeah i feel you i had rewatched it a couple times and having a complete head set does make a difference. Great reaction ya'll!

The only way to save his son was to get killed, he bet all on that Askeladd would keep his promise and let everyone go instead of taking them as slaves or kill them. Askeladd kept his word out of respect and admiration for Thors.
This wont be the last time they would have got attacked . Thors confirmed that Floki hired Askledd to kill him. FLoki is a king's men . So King ordered to kill Thors .So as long as Thors is alive his family and village will always be in danger . That wwas the only way to protect them .
Thors pudo haber derrotado a la mayoria de los hombres de Askeland , pero este tenia una emboscada y como vieron eran tipos muy dietros con las flechas, los hubieran matado a todos ya que no contaban siquiera con armaduras, no es que Thors simplemente se dejo matar sin ninguna razon o no decidiera pelear, sabia que la vida de su hijo y su tripulacion estaba en riesgo
Yeah he didn’t kill Askeladd because he doesn’t like to kill anymore, but he was killed because of his son... He probably could’ve managed to escape if his son hadn’t been there. 😞

He didn't kill Askeladd because his son was with a knife in his neck.. just saying.
