@Nico Prien, what about the risk assesment for any future body/foil contact!? Should riders not wear additional protection? Impact vest? Full wetsuit minimum? Neck protection? Are we not just waiting for the first real serious/lethal accident to happen? 🤞
Great racing and coming back from injury and falling in! As Rocky says in the movie, "It's not about how hard you can hit, but having the strength to get back up and keep going", or words to that effect. Champion effort!

Goodluck with the recovery man. You should have just stopped right there and let your leg recover , it will be better in the long run if you put stress on it , it will take longer to heal. Hope your fine and dont risk your health with competition and stats not worth it man !

Damn you were lucky with the foil hitting your leg and it not being serious eh!! I've seen some really evil cuts from regular fins, both windsurfing and surfing... they can slice you like butter. And great action, and seems to confirm my thoughts about how tricky those foil boards look to manage!!! Loads of crashing going on from guys that are at the top of the game, so for average Joe it must be well tough 🙂

Je nach dem wie das finishing von der Fabrik aus ist. Wenn sehr viel Gel coat, dann schon vorher noch ein bisschen gröber.
