Thank you so much for putting tetsuo saying BITCHIN!! I almost thought it was a fever dream or a Mandela effect I grew up with the 88 dub but haven't re watched it this was very refreshing :)

“WhAt’S tHe MaTtEr KaNeEdA?”
80's English dub has a special kind of magic. Like George Lucas's unedited original Star Wars trilogy.
“Out mothers are sisters”
The delivery of "That's not fair, fight like a man!" has been one of my favourite lines of cinema for the last 20 years.
Yeah... Almost sounded like Sylvester Stallone for a second.
For teenagers, they all sound middle-aged in the original dub.
Lol true
Escpecially in that flashback from their childhood 😂😭
"LeTs Hitt iT" gets me every time.
2:39 was the best
"Oh, the badderee, the _baddereeeeeee."_
Lmfao best part
*it's akEEEEEEraaa*
the line that pushed me to watch the dubbed version once and for all haahahhaHAHAHAHA
"IT'S AKIRA" got me dead
The crackhead line was still in the version I watched and I’m so grateful for that
THEY ACTUALLY WENT THROUGH EDITING AND OFFICIAL PUBLISH FOR THESE DUBS

Tetsuo: UTTER STUPIDITY!!!
Kaneda: *A R N O L D W A R C R Y*
New dub Kaneda: sounds like an ordinary person
Vs
80s dub kaneda: a dude from New Jersey
