- Watch Elhaj Mamadou Pene Diagne of Senegal weave a twisted silver wire around a wooden core that is then burned away. He alloys his own solder and makes an ingot that he files to make powder. This is fused onto the bracelet to create a rigid structure. Amazing!

Thank you for posting this. When I see someone do such amazing work with such limited tool, I first wonder, what could he achieve with a "proper" shop. Then I think, perhaps his work is so good because his lack of resources has focused his creativity and craft.
so, in this case, I'd say the tool is the hand and the stick its only that. So, hands are quite unlimited. Most of the tools in a shop may still be made by hand; the ultimate human tool =)
