I think you need to majorly change the interactions you have with your players. Morale isn’t great with them: bringing in way too many over the transfer window and then shutting down virtually all even remotely critical interactions with the players just screams Brian Clough Leeds. Also you should at least be realistic with the players for how much you’d be willing to sell them for as you could sell them and then potentially fill the role with a better player with the money.
But you know that he knows that
Massive risk giving out a low league bonus. I did that once, and the players got unhappy and it affected performances throughout the season. Not a mistake I'll be making ever again.
Love what you’re doing with a classic French side. I enjoy seeing long term saves that aren’t focused on the English pyramid, and turning around the fortunes of St Et will be a big task. Making into Europe will be a big success in the next year or two.

Think you need to start scouting PSG Lille and Monaco along with the top teams in the Bundesliga and Serie A Tom. Come the end of the season you could find some younger players/ fringe players keen for more game time which you could offer them.

Hi Tom, maybe you should try editing the roles you give your players under the players menu. Example maybe you tell your inside forward to stay wider when out of possession and so on. Think that might help.

If you need good loans look at teams like Bayern Youth, Dortmund etc, Austria etc a little bit of outside the box thinking
