For Upscaling I’d say use DLSS in Quality at 100% sharpness, looks very similar to FidelityFX Cas while running better. Might have a slight blur when moving tho.
For anyone who hasn’t tried it dlss can add 40-50 frames easily. Anthor pro tip if your monitor supports it, make your sharpening, settings, higher, or if you’re monitor has a setting like image enhancement. This will reduce or eliminate any blur caused by nvidia DLSS.
worked for me 9 3900x 3070 ti saw 40-50fps increase and significantly reduced bottleneck placed bottleneck on the cpu for a change. solid 144fps at 1440p

Those asking about 240hz. Not all monitors are 240hz they come in 60hz 144hz and then 240hz check your monitor settings. If your monitor is 144hz for example and u pick 240hz it won’t work as your monitor can only handle up to 144hz

I am always getting micro stuttering, which I have to delete my shadercache every few days to prevent this from happening, which is a joke. @@blizzyknowsyt I updated to the latest game ready gpu driver. Adjusted my msi after burner settings. Put my vram target setting in game to 70. Make sure you re do your nvidia profile inspector if you ever update your driver, then double check your nvidia 3d settings after profile inspector because it can reset some settings to default. Always reset your shaders in game every so often, especially if you update drivers
i capped my fps like you said in the video... but the game let it uncapped still.... bug? Would love that show specific settings for AMD, too. Thx for your tipps !

@@anglchnn you definitely dont know what you are talking about.... you should not be bottlenecked in either and that is for any game. if you are bottlenecked then you are running your games at too high of settings. having your gpu at 99% isnt even bottlenecking either. if you are using 100% of the gpu or cpu then that is a problem. most games tend to be gpu heavy but you get that rare game that uses more cpu power like sons of the forest where i was running pretty even on usage at like 70% usage on my cpu. if your gpu or cpu for example is running at 98% and your other is at 20% in almost all games then your gpu or cpu isnt as powerful as the other and could use an upgrade to utalize the frames it can push out. even then its still not even that simple but its a great rule of thumb to follow.

@@b1g_j3rmI'd like to know the PSU as well. I just gave myself some headroom because I've done a few upgrades since my original build, and I no longer suffer from packet burst. Apparently I was essentially undervoating everything.
I had the same issue but It could just be your system, especially with cod being poorly built for pcs. Check your cpu, ram or just whatever storage you've got it on to help speed up the read speed (I don't know much about pcs so take with a grain of salt) but increasing my ram and changing storage helped mine alot
@@liammbiscwitI found out that over time and with upgrades, I needed a beefier PSU. Threw in a 1300GT and now that my components are getting proper power, my packet burst has totally disappeared.
So you set texture filtering in game to normal and then go and set it to Linear in the config file. LOL Tell me you have no idea what you are doing without telling me you have no idea what you are doing :D

do you have world texture streaming on? if its on it causes A LOT of problems with that

Look for a video on how to limit the FPS using the AMD software. I did it that way and it worked. For some reson I was having your same issue.

if you play just COD go for 6900xt or 6950xt, they are way cheaper than the 4070ti and you will love the 200+ fps performance.

4080 ? For 1080p the 3080 can easy output 240fps at medium-low settings
Can save almost $300 by getting a 7900xtx and getting more fps than a 4080. I get over 400fps on mine..

Hey if you never figured it out, it's the focused mode setting. Set it to 0 to remove any and all dimming.

My i9-13900KF has 24 cores, 8 Performance cores, and 16 E cores... default RWC is 16... should i set this to 8?
I set mine to 8 with a cpu that has 8 performance cores and it fixed my cpu usage. Game was using way to much of my cpu beforehand like 50-60%

Start searching for a lobby and back out immediately. Keep doing this 5-10 times and it should load to 100%
