One thing I’ve noticed is that I saw on Google a low quality image of the 2011 toy fair and they were showcasing the original wave one My Little Pony brushable releases, but you could tell something was off about them mainly rarity you could tell that she was painted white and she wasn’t a white plastic. I think that this is what is happened with many of the prototypes at least in the beginning is that they would paint the ponies differently or just throw them together in some strange odd way that’s different from the actual release of the pony because I have a 2010 original rarity and she looks nothing like the one that was showcase at the Fair
Most prototypes from early MLP toy fairs did use painted mock ups as opposed to factory produced ones! This was all but confirmed when a wedding filly was discovered… maybe that’s a story for a future video! Thank you for watching!😄

I love how most of these prototypes are more accurate than the official releases. I'm sure it buckles down to cutting costs, but sometimes I feel Hasbro snubs us on purpose.

I got alot of strange ponies at Dollarama in Canada, which is where it seems alot of prototype toys end up being sold, I've got very strange rainbow power pinkie pie with tiny eyes!
It's weird because I got that same minty when I was younger. Obviously I didn't buy it, my aunt did. It was so long ago I know she wouldn't remember where she got it. I think I might still have it somewhere.

I have a strange G4 Fluttershy brushable i bought a while back in a larger eBay lot. Her mane and tail are white as well as the butterflies on her cutie mark (only the wings, the green is still there ??) i tried to ask the seller about her and they informed me they bought her in store in that exact condition, no painting or rerooting. The Yellow Filly was One of Three Unamed Unicorn fillies who Were Ment to Be Cadence's Flower Fillies Originally,The other Two Unicorns are a Purple one with a Light Pink and Darker pink Mane and Tail,and a Lighter Purple One with Darker Purple Mane and Tail. My friend found the Prototype versions of them along with Cadence and the Prototype Wedding Castle,She Also sent Me pictures of Cadence's toy figure Prototype where they Actually took the time to give her The Gradient on her Wings. I also took The Privilege of Naming the Proto Flower Fillies myself The Yellow One: Sunshine Serenade,The Purple w pink hair: Starlight Melody, and the Lighter purple One: Lavender Moonlight.
I agree that Minty ‘A’ looks amazing, mainly because her colour scheme harks back to G1 Minty. I just found my G4 Minty and examined her in the hope she might be Minty’B’, but she has the post-2013 head mould! Still very interesting though. I adore the Fluttershy & AJ sea ponies with the moulded manes, they look so amazing, and it really makes you wonder they never released them in sets similar to the other moulded mane sea ponies.

It clearly had what looked like Confitrade MLP figures as it had the Fluttershy figure that I bought from you, but also some other ponies that were clearly G4 knock-offs that were in moukds I’d never seen before … so I had to buy them! I’ll upload a video when they arrive!
I ordered a fluttershy baby online some time ago. I assumed it was from the baby mane 6 set, but upon closer inspection I realized she had flurry heart’s wings, not the ones she and rainbow dash have in the set. I’ve also seen her wish flurry’s wings, but those were translucent pink. I couldn’t find a set that comes with these figures, do you think they might be prototypes?

The second one is an applejack in ponymania patterns, she seems to have ponymania pinkie pie’s eyes and boots. It’s really interesting cause I’m aware that hasbro never released an applejack in the ponymania sets. I also have a blind bag figurine that I got as a gift from an online seller that is a pinkie pie mold with green eyes and a fluttershy cutie mark. The mold is translucent pink with no glitter

I found a listing of ponies and I’m tempted to offer £50 for them since they feature tones of figures and I’ve never owned any merch other than my build a near twilight. I need someone to help me now though. Is it worth it? There’s 4 alicorns in celestia’s mold with one being a Caydence (you can only tell by the cutie mark) , young Luna, apple jack and emo celestia. An unnamed pink and blue maned pony. And finally, the best one. Diamond rose but she copied plumsweet.

I have a brush able pinkie pie from 2018 (not in the best condition) it has sparkles on its body.
I have a semi large size twilight sparkle unicorn with eyeshadow and blue in her eyes that I believe could also be a prototype 🤔
