    Congrats for the brilhant lesson. I did not understand why not heatsink on mosfets. Eight mosfets handling 3000VA perform more than 30A by mosfet. Thanks.

      when it is fitted in chassis, the outer body works as heatsink, and the outer body have fins of heat sink in air, so it is open air cooled

      The duty cycle is being displayed as inverted signal. So it is looking maximum duty cycle
      Actually it is minimum cycle

    Do you know why this inverter might have blown the High voltage boost stage? Any common reason for failure?

      thanks a lot
      if we will increase swith frequency, in that case we have to re-design smps transformer, because the current transformer is designed for 33KHz push pull operation.

    Hi you are a very good teacher, please can you do a video on Sukam inverter that uses PIC processor for PWM signals , i have a problem with such inverter sending 100Hz signal instead of 20 Hz signal per cycle.

      if voltage at dc capacitor is maintained at 300+ volt
      then output switch (H-Bridge switch is not switching properly), or its mosfet drive is missing

      the sticker on the inverter body claims 3000VA, but i think it have no capability to drive above 1000VA

      laptop charger I'd resistance method use karta he.
      different laptops me id resistor value different hoti he
      so cahrger apni output ko laptop ki requirements k hisaab se set karta he (that is possible through I'd resistance)

    Some inverter to senosoidal pure have a termical sensor KSD 304 250 v 10 a 45 C. It dosnt start whit the normal closer sistem! Could you show us a 2000 w 24 dc in a example?

    Salam M Haseeb, is there any relationship between those 3 concepts : "Current sensing" and "Voltage Drop" and "Ohm Law" ? i am having hard time to understand them theorically.

      everything is possible. all electronics is revolving around ohm law. nothing is outside from ohms law's approach

      possible there may a output current regulator transistor is bad. it is most f time at output stage

    Its very sensirive if you increase the frequency..it will disable rhe inberter..thats why its sounding like that...don connect the sonds on capacitor..rather on a diode but its the same rhing with frequency hehe

    Hello!! I have been trying to repair an inverter (souer SDA-600AF)....//BOARD NUMBER ''APPEARS " TO BE SDA250 07/06/28 ,But it is not available in any website. Its problem is that both neutral and live glows on neon tester.....and it keeps shutting on and off whenever a load is connected. what might be the problem?

    It is not a solar inverter,no charge controller,only constant in put 12volt,
    Now I suff.from solar inv.,,I make a inverter run on direct solar panel,, to connect series 120v ,,,safe,,change40v for inverter,can SMPS or mppt try ,

      it is not solely solar inverter. but here in Jordan it is called solar inverter, and it is also printed name by the manufacturer "3000VA SOLAR INVERTER"
      its input is 8 volt to 40 volt DC

    you are checking mosfets wrong. mosfets can't be checked in board mosfet best way to check Drain to Source diode value and 2nd part Drain to gate no value on meter however after repeat same procedure drain to source it must show short because N type mosfets has small capacitor inside .
