    Dear Mr Haseeb: I am absolutley fascinated with this video series. I have learned so much from you dear sir!!!! I especially learned a lot about the MOSFET driver circuit. I understand that when a IGBT or MOSFET short to the gate that damage to the dirver circuit can and will result, but how you show and explain the failures that can happen and how to troubleshoot them is such an amazing valuable lesson. Again, I cannot thank you enough for all the wonderful videos you have made. Thank you so much for the time you put into these lessons.     Love your way of working, you work like a pro, there is many noob i saw who dont know the working of pcb or the components they just replacing all parts one by one till the problem resolve 😂
    First replace the mosfet if it burn replace the ic, if not work threw it in trash 😂

    Wow, that was explained well. I'm about to test MOSFETs on all in one inverter on the battery side. There is no short at battery with meter but battery trips short protection in BMS. Solar and inverter sides work fine.

    Looking of the connection you have made sir to the last transistors which are npn transistors. Emitter of a npn is connect to a base of pnp transistors .my question is are we going to connect emitter to ground from each transistors( npn ) and base the output of the ic.there are two legs of a transistors which are not connect. E.g.. collectors and based of npn transistors.

    Hi Haseeb. Maybe you can help. When fixing the inverter I remove 4 transistors, 2 PNP and 2NPN, but I forgot to mark or colour code it and now I don't know which way is the correct. From the other side it looks that the emiiter of each pair of transistor goes to gates of the mosfets. The orientation of the transistor is marked on the board but not which pair is NPN or PNP. Any way to find out? there are 2 C945 and 2 A733. There are 16 Mosfets in my booster stage. Thanks

    one primary side of transformer has driven by four mosfet switch. is it each four mosfet has opposite to each other simultaneously

      exactly, two mosfet from one transformer and two from second transformer will work together that means four mosfets will work together while the other four will remain off.
      in upcoming video we will install mosfets and will see their operation sequence using oscilloscope

    My friend.I have a Grid tie inverter 600Watt power.It does not have LIMITER SENSOR.So times come and feeds back the grid.Is there any electronic small motherboard that will help to create an additional limiter sensor arrangement.of course i have the clamp sensor.Thank you.

    Salam Aleikum, can we check the mosfet on circuit ? how to test the IC that manages the 4 mosfets in the H Bridge.
    My inverter produces only 140 Vdc then shuts down because of protection. I also takes more than 3A from my 12v battery to eventually produce only 68vac before shutting down. All mosfets and their gate resistance in the 12V section are good, measured on circuit. Thanks for your guidance to find the short.

      HY2D is SS8550 pnp transistor
      you can use any 40V 1.5 ampere PNP transistor
      or use
      2SA2056 WF SOT-23
      Y2, BF coded PNP transistors

    Sir. After rectification of faulty components.
    Still one side chopper fet's get heat up but when i remove one any one chopper s FETs its works correctly bt the output voltage drops to 130 volt s due to one side chopper
    What can i do ?

      if you can find some 100MHz, dual channal, 1GS/Sec (1 gega samples / second) that will awesome
      you can also 50 MHz but i will recommend 100MHz,
      try to find Hantek, Regol, Uni-T brands or similar

    What could cause 1 mosfet of a parallel set to be damaged continually, when only 1 mosfet is installed per drive,,
    The circuit works properly. The gate drives test good when no mosfets installed.thanks for any help you can give me.

    What is the reason for turning power on after scope probe is placed in contact first instead of turning on power and then placing probe? How much voltage was being applied?

      because MOSFETs are not installed in the circuit, and if we turn ON the inverter and then we connect scope,
      in this connection time the MCU will disable the TL494 because the MCU will fail to find output voltage. it waits just few seconds for availability of the output.
      in next video i will install mosfets and then we will check all signals without turning ON/OFF
      it is applied 12VDC and there was no output so TL494 was operating at maximum duty cycle. when the mosfet will present the inverter will produce output then the duty cycle will decrease automatically

      yes dear in modern electronics technology it is necessary to use oscilloscope. because it needs to view the signal waveshape, otherwise it becomes difficult to locate the fault
