It's interesting to think about how SS4 Gogeta's lvl 7 charge will settle in the meta. On one hand, it can make you play counterintuitively like Hook did at 3:23, skipping Gogeta's supers to directly DHC into the rest of his team (technically he could've killed, but let's imagine he only had 2 bars). On the other hand, like at 3:48, if you have Gogeta's level 7 charge on standby you basically have the scariest neutral in the game.
Super high risk vs Reward. Playing for Lvl 7 can easily get Gogeta killed but pulling it off means his very next hit confirm kills you at 3 bars. It's terrifying lol.
I guess playing someone with a level two is probably the move with gogeta... So you can kill without spending ur stacks.

I hope people reserve the judgment of calling him OP atm. He could end up being another baby. Good but not ridiculous like people claim. Gonna have to wait to see how he's developed but I'm not seeing the "he's the best in the game or top tier." The only thing that I can see as cheap is the lvl 7 but idk how viable of a strategy that will be in the long run at top level play.
A16 IK - So impossibly hard to land you hardly ever see it.
SSJ4 IK - So easy to set up and use you see it almost every game he's in.

It's slow and the Kamehameha pose is so recognizable that it bothers me that people fall for it. If he had an actual Kamehameha I would understand but he doesn't so it's easy to react.
Then again it's the same for his 214X spin and people not using 2H to blow him up. In a few weeks people will stop falling for this kind of stuff

@@kohagam His 5S into his ex rekka freaking jails you full screen. He isn’t one of the best characters in the game but the dude is fine. His 2M goes super far and people can find tricky mix ups with the character using certain assists. Not to mention he can tod fairly easily. There really isn’t a way I can see them buffing him. His command grab being faster would be annoying as heck to deal with online.

And everyone thought he was gonna be broken lmao. Instant kill don't matter if he struggles in a lot places, which he does. Instant kill is just a fun and cool gimmick, with situational benefits but it's not gonna make you win, and it's definitely not gonna make you win more if you were already losing more often than not.
This character is a actually pretty fair, balanced and honest. And definitely not a UI, thank God.
He might end up being just a solid mid tier.

@@king7thGen mods are only for the pc version and I don't know where to download them because I play on console. A quick Google search might help you find the right place to get them

Monke Gogeta is the epitome of Anti-Esport. Sure if you use him in Tournaments and managed to get to Lvl 7, you basically have an easy win condition just from combo to Lvl 3. Pros have to adjust with the new Gogeta Meta and make him a priority kill or will pick him too

I agree but at the same time, people atm are being stupid with making decisions with him. Not getting kills, saving him at all costs, etc. Just because you can go for the IK doesn't mean it's always the best choice to do so.

Edit: I just realized that that "I only need one finger" motion he kept doing was an install. So you get that to level 7 and your level 3 becomes an insta KO?!
Your “alternate level 3” but yes. You can’t DHC into it so that’s a plus. Also using other Gogeta supers reset the levels
@@Clone4082 And I've learned that once you get to level 7, there is a time limit. Any idea how long that is? My outrage is fizzling out. It's busted but not as bad as I first thought.
