At my next birthday I will be 66…36 is very young my dear. Since retiring, over the past year my life has slowed down immensely and I feel far more healthy. Continue to live your life with intention and enjoy every moment….it goes by very quickly. Thank you for sharing ❤️🙏😊

Love your videos, Adriana! I just turned 61 and I still feel like I'm 19 too. Lots of energy, I love to walk and go biking, swimming, etcetc. Very young at heart. Yet I know people my age and even younger who can barely move and just sit around all the time. Move it or lose it, lol! I enjoy watching your peaceful videos.❤

I also live a slow living lifestyle as much as i can. I love your videos, you are, such an inspiraton. My dad sadly passed away in November with a very sudden cancerous brain tumour. I have since started doing yoga at home, and lost 18lbs since January. I have been watching your videos for about 2 years now and have brought some of your lovely candles. I love your little family and feel privlaged to follow some of your slow living fanily moments. Thankyou 💛

Your son is a grown man....I thought he was only 13...LOL ...time sure does fly...my youngest is 27. Your son is handsome and your daughter is beautiful!! as always...wonderful video...I cant wait to be able to slow down. I still work as a nurse everyday and on my time off...I take care of my mom who has parkinsons.

Candlelight is the most calming and peaceful light to experience. I love it and love candles. Just need to remember to use them more often 🕯🪔😊
