VictorTheGuitarNerd is actually a full-time member of Eleine now; they made the announcement a few days ago.
Eleine made Victor a band member a few weeks ago, and they are on tour in Europe. Victor posted a photo of his face on Instagram!
He'd been with the band for quite awhile, but the "official" announcement was in just the past two weeks or so.
