Lovely job of the grouting. Your right the floor tiles look like they’ve always been there. Love your sense of humour re: the horse 😂🤣 tidying up the electric wiring has made a lot of difference. You’ve been busy as usual. Thank you for the video

Marius, you need three circuits in the basement to meet French regs as a ballon needs a dedicated circuit terminated in a flex outlet(sortie cable) and not plugged in. So lights ,sockets, and ballon
