Really? Somehow I always thought his shy self was an alter ego for interviews and shows. But I'm not a k-pop fan, just stumbled over a few vids of him/Big Bang here and there.

Well that was pretty awesome. I didn't watch this immediately because I wanted to see at least one episode of Kill Me Heal Me before watching this because that's where the inspiration for this came from & I wanted to understand the reference. I think you did a great job translating that inspiration here. From the harsher, "crooked" GD (I know not all these clips are from that mv, what I'm referring to is more the idea than the actual song.) during the male rap & the softer, funnier, sillier Jiyong during the female vocals, to even the knuckle rapping (which is a rather brilliant nod to the show [although that was finger tapping]).
