I shouldn't even have asked him in the first place, he obviously had places to go. But then he spoke to me. "The game has already ended." I was confused, but then he jumped up into the air and then landed on me, rolling himself into a ball then proceeding to drill-rest me, sending me flying outside the venue. Such a great dude, love that guy.
I really like Hbox. I met him at CEO and he was really chill. We were talking after one of his sets and he proceed to down air rest me in the middle of the crowd and everyone cheered for him.
One time I saw Juan in a Wal-Mart sprinting down the rice aisle with a shopping cart making the rollout sound with his mouth and he actually vaporized a stack of Uncle Ben's on impact. He paid for the damage, apologized profusely and owned up to his mistake of using rollout in neutral. Really an all-around humble guy.
The thing I love most about HBOX, besides his hustle, is that his mom is on Twitter hyping him up after each of his tweets. Whether hes just posting a meme, or venting frustration, she's there for him. She even ended up in that Campbell's Soup ad with him. As someone who was raised by a loving single mother, that hits me right in the momma's boy feels. My mom is really great, best person I know personally, But HBOX might have the GOAT of mothers supporting him! He's had a rough life, but at least he had a mom that believed in him. It's so fucking wholesome!
I never had a mom, she died when I was one but I do have a step mom and shes so nice! Always there for me and not screaming like my dad when I do something wrong! Shes so awesome! I love the parents who are so supportive over tweets! It just warms my heart
It's alright to dislike a character, and even hate on a character. I personally have characters I do not like to play/play against. The thing you shouldn't do is dislike a PLAYER because you don't like the character they're playing.
@@niht3405 thanks for stating obvious facts that literally anyone could've said, and then acting like a 3 year old. And your opinion is very bad might I add
Jimathy Nutron you should join his stream, he’s very nice plays with viewers and has good music taste. i don’t see how anyone can find him to be a bad person, unless you know him personally ofc
The Smash Bros community is mostly childlike in mindset at best, and the sad thing is that it permeates all levels of play as well as all AGES of players. There are people who are AGGRESSIVE in establishing that they do not play competitively and insult those who do, as though competitive players are somehow not only playing the game wrong, but that anyone who aspires to more than casual play is also part of a "problem" of some sort. I remember seeing people driven off of forums because they brought up more competitive concepts during a discussion of Smash Bros, and forum regulars trampled over eachother to dogpile on them and insult them. And like the racist trash many of these people also tended to mock and insult, they played it off as "it was just jokes bro, don't take it personally bro." I was never good enough to get anywhere competitively at Smash Bros, but one day I got the same treatment from people I thought were good friends. I decided then and there I simply didn't have it in me to keep pushing my skills forward and putting up with that level of bullshit from a "community", and stepped away from the game permanently. This is why I will always, always have respect for players like ZeRo and HBox, because they had the mental fortitude to weather a storm driven by people who would mostly crumble under that same pressure, and succeed where the vast majority of us would or have failed.
@@jeffreykim1703 I didn't feel like Armada's video was either mean or trash. He was right to correct some imprecisions in the documentary that were even unfairly misrepresenting his own career - especially when this doc has over a million views and has the power to set the narrative. He never really criticized or even talked much about Hbox as a person. He's allowed to have his own opinions on whether a character changes the meta for the worse. Hbox himself regularly does the very same thing with ultimate Sonic, and that's ok.
Woops57 except I feel the point of the video was to discuss Hungrybox more than Melee, a critical analysis of the accuracy of the video is fine, but I wanted more insight from Adam about his perspective of Juan if he had any, and I left that video feeling unsatisfied because of it.
Zero my friend, you're wise beyond your years. I truly believe you're a good person, and I respect how you're always so kind and understanding to all people. It's really hard not to feel discouraged and angry at how cruel and uncaring people in the world can be, but ultimately I understand you can't fight fire with fire. I just want to say thank you for being you. You're a constant reminder to me that there are good people in the world.
When I was first finding out about the smash competitive scene, I could never understand the hate for Hbox. I always tried to learn and understand why. Eventually, I just came to terms that people are just idiots.
@@rekt_yer_nan_darding_5788 well I don't think smash Bros tournaments were always these big public events, so it didn't really matter how you played, and I think even know it still doesn't matter, they are televising it out of choice, so if you don't like it, just don't watch it instead of being rude.
@Angga Antonio I'm not asking you to throw a crab or anything. Just to understand the other perspective. People dislike puff more than hbox as a person. Even Mang0 got alot of "hate" for playing puff.
I kinda hate Zero because he lit an unnecessary torch on fire, people hating Sonic. Smash community: doing whatever Zero: makes a video on why people hate Sonic Smash community: people hate sonic?... WE HATE SONIC! FUCK SONIC!
If we’re talking about the most hated player or even the most hateful player, then I think that spot goes to LowTierGod as he’s just generally a toxic and horrible person in and out of Smash and other fighting games as all you need to do to is watch a video or stream of his to find out what kind of person he is
HBox is probably one of the hardest working and fighting players in Smash. I think some people need to respect what Hungrybox has done and not take things too far.
And earning a chemical engineering degree while staying as a top 5 melee player. Heck most people can't even pass an introductory college chemistry class..
I'm not one to choose favourites, but if I was asked who the greatest god is in melee, I would easily say Hbox. Not just in skill either, but in character. The fact that he was basically demonized by almost the entirety of the smash competitive fanbase, and managed to not only succeed but get better and better shows he really should be given a lot more respect than he gets. I wouldn't want to even begin to know how it feels to be hated by the majority of a passion project or dream job you have.
You know what's even more crazy? Back when Zero was in the scene he was treated as a bad guy. But the moment he comes to play some games everyone's acting like they've been best pals with him and he's never made them mad. It's crazy and also disgusting how quick we humans change. Sure i assume most of the subs here are the loyal fans but, imagine a world where Zero was still the best and he had his RUclips channel. Hate comments seeping away at him as he does the grind with the people who do care for him being snuffed out by the loud minority. Speaking of which... Can i say i hate how our world works with the minority the *Negative* Minority being so loud? You could barley do any wrong and someone is out to diss and harass you for just existing. It legit sickens me that as humans bad news sells. If we are not entertained by what's on screen whatever effort and skill the other player is doing is casted aside. It's just sad and tbh it won't ever die.
Hbox seems to be a pretty nice guy, I had heard of the drama going around with him and decided to find out what all the fuss was about by visiting his channel and seeing how he reacts to losses and stuff like that. Well here's what I think. Hbox isn't that bad! He's very energetic and honestly really fun to watch. I don't blame him for being angry since obviously there's a ton of pressure to perform well when thousands of people are watching. I've never met him personally but from my perspective he seems very grateful for his fanbase and just overall a very happy and caring person. I genuinely don't understand why people hate on successful people just because they aren't "cool" or don't play a "sick" character. It's so dumb to me. That's just like saying that just because I like Star Wars, I'm garbage and a mean person, even of you haven't met me. If you don't like me, don't talk to me. If you don't like Hbox, don't hate on him for no reason. State your opinion respectfully, please.
A lot of people disliked him because he kinda cheated in Evo 2017 here is a link: dotesports.com/fgc/news/hungrybox-evo-coaching-contoversy-15916 But i still really do like watching hbox
@@jakemarqzros2166 That was an honest mistake due to poor TOing, and people just used that as a reason to justify their irrational hate for hungrybox. It comes down to people not liking jigglypuff, and assuming that hungrybox is a bad person because he plays a specific character in a videogame.
So basically the main reason ppl hate him is because he uses Jigglypuff, a very light character that instantly gets KOed when the shield breaks and he still wins
Puff never has to shield, can kill any character off one conversion/button, can camp you out till the end of time and had a 100% safe lagless aerial that’s infinitely spammable. At least tell the the whole story kid.
You get rested more than once in a set and lose while being up and tell me that's a fair character that spams 6 jumps and can crouch under most attacks that aren't down Tilt. Hbox is lame as fuck and his behavior in public is why we love roasting his candy ass. If he would stop showing up, we would stop hating him.
Yeah I might not like Hbox but I do have MAD respect for him to keep going to tournaments hosted by a community that CLEARLY hates him solely because of the Character he plays.
13:58 this right here reminded me of when people were making fun of a child for being happy that he won a pokemon tournament. I was so pissed off at these people for saying the kid is "unprofessional" and "rude" to the other kid, even though the two are friends and I would do the same if I won a game tournament. People putting down others achievements just because they dont like them just makes me pissed off. There is another instance of this, such as Tyler1 hitting challenger while playing jungle only and people putting him down because they either dont like him or they just didn't want him to succeed. The dude grinded to get where he is and I respect him for backing up his bark with a bite.
I mean, tyler1 was a toxic asshole... I think people just didnt want to see him succeed because of the harm he and other toxic streamers did to the league community, not because he isnt actually good. I think tyler1 and a few other people in the league community are the complete opposite of zero and hungrybox. Tyler1 legitimately deserved to be banned, but because he is good at the game, people just gave his awful behavior a pass. Now, with that said, he has grown into a respectable icon of the community, and he legit reformed. But if he hadnt, if he had kept being a toxic asshole ruining games because he dislikes a player for whatever reason and whatnot, people would still defend him because he is good. He and many others did irreversible harm to the community. Zero and hbox were hated for arbitrary reasons. They didnt actually deserve it. Tyler1 deserves all the hate he got, even if he wouldnt deserve it now. There were also a few cases of popular streamers doing elo boosting or other toxic behavior and they never reformed. Some had to be banned permanently, and the community still defended them because "le troll is funny" or simply because of their high skill. Hbox and ZeRo pushed smash beyond its limits and moved it forward, and they were hated because they were gods amongst mere humans. Tyler1 and a few other infamous streamers pushed league back and very heavily harmed its community by making awful behavior and mentality common. Some streamers even had blacklists of people you had to troll if you came across in ranked. The backlash in this case is completely justified. And while im glad tyler1 earned a spot in the league community once he reformed and actually brought positivity and inspiration, many other streamers like him never did, and had to be banned instead. A little ranty perhaps, but tyler1's story is not at all similar to hbox's or zero's
9:06 - 9:47 THANK YOU, it’s so annoying for me to always hear how “bad” Brawl was when in reality it was a different game made for a clearly different audience, I understand why pros (specially Melee players) didn’t liked the game but I feel many people are mislead into believe that just bc it wasn’t competitive viable it was a terrible game, which is far from true.
I honestly cant wait for more casual tournaments to happen, since people actual have fun and it is not as serious. The community is a lot less toxic and is able to enjoy the game they bought.
ghost245353 it isn’t that much ungrateful when banjo and sans came out it was hype then joker came out of no where byleth got hate due to the fact it was another fire emblem character imo I don’t like the franchise but I do enjoy the character
Thank you so much for using your platform to raise awareness of the amount of toxicity in this community which somehow goes unnoticed by people in the community itself because they are blindly contributing to that toxicity themselves.

Met Hungrybox in person and while his attitude in the past may have been a bit less mature, he really has become the Captain America of the Smash community. A great rep but as all first places go is hated as a symbol
I absolutely adore this channel. As fun as the gaming side of the Zero channel is, it’s really nice for Zero to open up about himself or other people that are important in his life. Just shows you that he’s human too, not a figure talking and laughing over a game.
This video really opened my mind to how discriminating against players for playing "lame" and "toxic" isn't at all a good thing. I have so much more respect and a lot less hate for players like H-box and Sonix after watching this video and although I still have no respect for their characters and they way they play, I don't think associating that hate with the players is ok.
I've always felt bad for hbox b/c I was actually first introduced to him through a documentary on him and I heard about his childhood and how rough it was. It only seemed to make things worse when he gets all this hate for just camping in a video game.
Yeah, but people like zero and nairo really messed up, hbox is still the most hated player of all time, he has had tons of hate over the years, including death threats
When I played melee back when I was really young with my other 3 friends on a couch I used to have so much fun and being introduced to the smash community entertainment side of things made me really excited just to watch. I watch these human robots do things I never even thought possible like for god sakes I was a Mario main back when melee came out and I thought he was the best character, back then we never knew any tech like wavedashing let alone jigglypuffs rest, so the first time I saw hungrybox play was mindboggling. He made my mind explode, here I am thinking "wow look at this idiot play jigglypuff, doesn't he know there are so many better characters?", then he does a rest combo so insanely fast that I didn't even know what happened. He has become my favourite person to watch since first watching him and I didn't even know people hated on him I just assumed everyone else was in awe as I was. In my opinion jigglypuff is sick and the person who plays him is even sicker.
Even although i dont play puff much, hbox is actually one of my favorite smash players because of his personality and how much he’s pushing for nintendo to actually support smash.
Hbox is the reason I started watching Smash videos. I don't even play the game but I like the personalities and gameplay. It's basically pro wrestling but with Nintendo characters.
I still can't stand him most. I dunno how he's so shit at ultimate considering he only plays 1 character, he's been playing every day since launch, is already a smash pro and has been playing since melee. Then he complains when he loses on melee despite barely playing it.
Guys I think that zero is actually amazingly smart and I think that that this video is not just about smash it is a video that is actually for us as people to take into ourselves and Kinda be more empathetic. Also Zero if you see this comment keep up the amazing content for all of us during these hard times and I love you perspective on things and again never give up and keep up the hard work.
i hope zero rewatches this and listens to 20:06 to the end because you were right when u made this video and ur still right today. even you can still grow as a person today and can come back from this. just because someone makes a big mistake doesnt mean they can't learn from it.
When I clicked on this video I was excpeting a whole video about leffen. (Edit:) When he put a picture of his tweet saying " the easiest way to kill a passion"i thought at first it said person not passion
I actually want to share my own personal experience with being hated in competitive gaming. Not for Smash, but for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe tournaments in Las Vegas.. The more I watch videos about controversial players within Smash Bros, the more I start to relate their experience to my own, just on a much smaller scale. I still don't understand part of why the community hated me though. A point mentioned in this video is that a lot of players hate Hbox because he plays a hated character. But in Mario Kart, all characters do the same thing, apart from having different stats, so there's is no way they hated me just because of the character I played. You also mentioned some hate Hbox got for popping off, and I can also relate to this. In one tourney, after I won the first race, I believe what I did, because it was close, was I got up, had I quick little fist pump, and a "yes", and sat back down. Later, someone in their discord mentioned that he was visiting friends in Florida and he showed them that tournament. When I popped off, they asked if I had just one, and he replied, "No, that was just the first race," to which his friends said, "Oh wow, he seems like a real douche." But that's not the case because there's absolutely nothing wrong with popping off, especially after a close match. He also said his wife couldn't stop laughing because she thought it was true. I should also add, they're the parents of one of the younger competitors at the tourneys. So here you have the parents of one of the competitors, calling a 13 year old a douche, because he popped off. Wow. You also mention in this video that pressure kills passion, and I definitely agree with this. The way I was treated by them and the amount of hate that I got definitely played into me eventually quitting those tournaments. On their discord, they always try to shift the blame to me, in pretty much every way. At one point they even asked me to apologize for my actions, even though I hardly ever did anything. I feel like they definitely know what they did, which is why they asked of that, because they didn't want blame on them, so they try to make me take the blame. What they did to me as a player is absolutely ridiculous and I fear they'll do it again to another player that's even better than me. I'm a very optimistic person, I'm not depressed or anything, and there's nothing going on in my personal life that keeps me down. But what if a player goes to those tournaments who's the opposite of me. What if they are depressed, and what if they're being abused in their personal life. They might see those tournaments as an escape, as hope that things can get better, and then the community would do the same thing to that player as they did to me. That could drive their mental state down, and worst case scenario, they would commit suicide. I made a whole video about this and put it on my channel, and I put it in their discord in hopes I could drive it into their heads that what they did to me was wrong. Within just about 4 hours of me putting it in their discord, it got 18 dislikes, which tells me they really didn't learn anything, they're unwilling to accept that it's them and not me, and that they're toxic on a whole other level. One of the players in the discord, one who wasn't there when I competed and didn't know the background of my story, immediately commented on that video "Shut up, nerd." This is absolutely toxic of them, and they don't know it. It makes me worried for young competitors in the future who will go there.
As a very active Mario Kart Wii player who has played a bit of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe with my friend, I can absolutely relate to your pop-off after the race. The intensity in packs can become ridiculously insane and especially at lap3 when you are in the middle of the pack a shock can change anything.
Yo dude, get back in those tournaments & those discords and dunk on those parents and their kids. Guess what? It's okay to be selfish and do things because you want to and because you have goals and things you wish to achieve. Link me the vid/clip when you eventually win your first Tourny!
The best thing IMO that Empleon points out in his video is that everyone has an "H-BOX" story. People were/are jumping on the hate train on baseless accusations, without reason, or just because they want to.
That's why the Hbox "stories" became a meme. No one could actually take any of those stories seriously anymore because because those "stories" were made up to push the agenda of hating Hbox.
I love how the camera always auto focuses on his hand but not his face. What's it trying to tell us? Zero is master hand and crazy hand conspiracy confirmed?

Hungrybox may be the most hated smash player but the most hated FGC has to be LowTierGod. The man has so much of an ego he cannot take a loss in any way and the only combo he knows and is probably best at is main menu --> close application
LTG is pretty inconsequential, he's never placed in a major and isn't really part of the competitive scene. The real villain in the FGC is probably F Champ.
LTG is pure comedy. i really dont get why people dislike him so much. all he does is rage. he doesn't put hands on anyone so to me it's all fun and games.

Amen! I couldn't agree more! I wish people would stop being judgemental of others because they don't meet their wants and or do something that they dislike! And people that treat people terribly because that person plays a character that is boring to watch to them and aren't entertained should just not saying anything, and just stop watching and find something else to do if it bothers them that much.
This is so sad, he truly became better but his past self came back to destroy him. It breaks my heart, this man was my idol now he is gone, I have lost all of my motivation for the past 5 months, but Hbox has been helping me become better and I am starting to be motivated again.
I used to watch ZeRo before he was exposed. His vids had their own unique flare to them that most other smash players couldn’t present. However, I’d say Hbox has been doing a great job as ZeRo’s replacement for smash-related funny youtube content. He’s a great guy.
After hearing his life story in that documentary my respect for Juan grew tenfold, he is not a perfect human but he is one of the most hardworking and inspirational ones I have seen in a while. He managed to overcome all the hardships thrown his way and make something out of himself, I wish him the best of luck and hope that the toxic side of melee doesn't ever put him down. Even back when I only saw him as HB I couldn't understand the hate, to be honest to this day the hate is really pathetic, why are people wasting so much time being pathetic over a game competitive or not? Its on the same level as those soccer fans in UK that starts fistfights with each others based on how well or poorly a team played. Games are supposed to be only for entertainment and fun even if they are competitive. Its situations like these that convinces the general gaming public that perhaps competitive games in general isn't a good idea. I am not saying that you can't be serious in a competitive game but if it goes out unto another persons personal life and it actively makes you wanna hurt someone you in reality have no damn clue who they are as an actual person then. . . . Just stop, get some help please. Wanna add a small ps: Giving critique and feedback to people are legit but they are NOT the same thing as actively trying to hurt another human being. That tweet from Juan that someone just flipped him off for playing a game well is just painful on so many damn levels that I can't even imagine how he or anyone in a similar situation would feel.
@@flowtr2 i do. i saw his reply to the accusation on twitter, and i actually think he handled the situation very maturely. for all the stuff i've seen in the past 3 months alone about famous people i know being called out for sexual assault, none of them handled it as well as hbox, and i respect him for that. He told people to hold him accountable and he wanted to make up for the situation in addition to apologizing. @@PBStriker101 no, actually, this has nothing to do with "a few years ago". The situation in question was very recent when i made my comment 4 months ago, which is why i was able to quickly find information about it (his apology was the first thing i saw on his twitter at the time). If this had anything to do with drama from years ago, then the comment would not be "this aged really poorly", as it has only been out for about half a year now, and it couldnt have "aged" if the drama already happened. Unless you are talking about the situation itsself. I know that the accusation against hbox was about things that happened in the years past, but the accusation itsself was relevant.

My mom is really great, best person I know personally, But HBOX might have the GOAT of mothers supporting him! He's had a rough life, but at least he had a mom that believed in him.

It's alright to dislike a character, and even hate on a character. I personally have characters I do not like to play/play against. The thing you shouldn't do is dislike a PLAYER because you don't like the character they're playing.

''He plays a lame character'' is the most baby thing to criticize someone for.
And like the racist trash many of these people also tended to mock and insult, they played it off as "it was just jokes bro, don't take it personally bro."
I was never good enough to get anywhere competitively at Smash Bros, but one day I got the same treatment from people I thought were good friends. I decided then and there I simply didn't have it in me to keep pushing my skills forward and putting up with that level of bullshit from a "community", and stepped away from the game permanently. This is why I will always, always have respect for players like ZeRo and HBox, because they had the mental fortitude to weather a storm driven by people who would mostly crumble under that same pressure, and succeed where the vast majority of us would or have failed.
id like to see them try to land a good rest combo

@@jeffreykim1703 I didn't feel like Armada's video was either mean or trash. He was right to correct some imprecisions in the documentary that were even unfairly misrepresenting his own career - especially when this doc has over a million views and has the power to set the narrative. He never really criticized or even talked much about Hbox as a person. He's allowed to have his own opinions on whether a character changes the meta for the worse. Hbox himself regularly does the very same thing with ultimate Sonic, and that's ok.

When I was first finding out about the smash competitive scene, I could never understand the hate for Hbox. I always tried to learn and understand why. Eventually, I just came to terms that people are just idiots.
Maybe you should just watch a full tournament of just him, it's mind numbing.
Its the playstyle they hate. Camping and overusing a kit that offers early kills and super safe spacing.
A big reason for the hate is basically leffen. Leffen is one of the players they worship and he absolutely hates Hungrybkz.
@@rekt_yer_nan_darding_5788 well I don't think smash Bros tournaments were always these big public events, so it didn't really matter how you played, and I think even know it still doesn't matter, they are televising it out of choice, so if you don't like it, just don't watch it instead of being rude.

The dude grinded to get where he is and I respect him for backing up his bark with a bite.
i love your eizouken pic
One word: jealousy

Oh damn man thats unfortunate
As a very active Mario Kart Wii player who has played a bit of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe with my friend, I can absolutely relate to your pop-off after the race. The intensity in packs can become ridiculously insane and especially at lap3 when you are in the middle of the pack a shock can change anything.
TLDR: people will always find a reason to hate you.
Yo dude, get back in those tournaments & those discords and dunk on those parents and their kids.
Guess what? It's okay to be selfish and do things because you want to and because you have goals and things you wish to achieve.
Link me the vid/clip when you eventually win your first Tourny!
You have to go back and kick their asses one last time. Show them who's boss.

Imagine hating someone for playing a character

I love how the camera always auto focuses on his hand but not his face. What's it trying to tell us? Zero is master hand and crazy hand conspiracy confirmed?
Zero Hand for Smash 6?
I thought the most hated player was this guy named "John." Hell even Reggie called him out on his Expo video.
N/A H No Johns!
Stop.
How about having six hated players?
I used to not-care about Hbox, but now, OH GOD how i love this man.

If at first he had apologized instead of denying it, maybe people would believe in a change. I hope he tries to be a better person.
@Brendan Lewis because he said nasty things on an online chat conversation? dude anyone can be creepy on the Internet, but as long as you don't hurt anyone, i don't see why he should be so hated and punished and canceled ofr it, plus that fucking conversations took place 5 years ago and it wasn't a fucking crime.

And this is the point where you say you 'archive' the stream
Hungrybox may be the most hated smash player but the most hated FGC has to be LowTierGod. The man has so much of an ego he cannot take a loss in any way and the only combo he knows and is probably best at is
main menu --> close application
LTG is pretty inconsequential, he's never placed in a major and isn't really part of the competitive scene. The real villain in the FGC is probably F Champ.
Atleast LTG can do frame perfect rage quits
At least LTG is entertaining...
True. I pity that poor son of a bitch... at this point though rather than hate.
LTG is pure comedy. i really dont get why people dislike him so much. all he does is rage. he doesn't put hands on anyone so to me it's all fun and games.
I feel like being happy about winning and exteriorize it shows respect for your rival, it means that you were worried they might win lol.
How could you hate hungrybox when people like leffen exist
Exactly
I still got love for Zero and Nairo. You didn't do anything to anyone and people took advantage of your position and status same with Nairo. I miss you and I will be here the day you come back to the internet

@@thereddhare That's really cute of you to bring up but the problem still stands that the Melee scene has a serious bias in itself and if they don't realize you can kiss your little communities ass bye-bye!
@@thereddhare maybe, I'm in no position to say otherwise. it just felt like to me that Armada spent more time talking about himself and puff as a character instead of the main talking point of the video - hbox. i thought ZeRo's video was more thoughtful, but yeah, the original video could be trash, i have no idea

Wow, this vid is S-tier, felt like i was watching an anime episode
Anime episodes aren't always s-tier tho
Bruh it’s sad how people don’t like a person because of what character they play in a game
Now that i know this guys story I have an even bigger respect for him
This hasn’t aged well
This aged really poorly
How so?
@@lettuce01 do you still not know
@@flowtr2 i do. i saw his reply to the accusation on twitter, and i actually think he handled the situation very maturely. for all the stuff i've seen in the past 3 months alone about famous people i know being called out for sexual assault, none of them handled it as well as hbox, and i respect him for that. He told people to hold him accountable and he wanted to make up for the situation in addition to apologizing. And no, i'm not saying i will excuse him for what he did, but i don't think what he did is worth being cancelled or made infamous, especially considering his response.
@@lettuce01 as someone who have read them, i assume that you know that this comes from years ago am i right?
