She has left a trail of excellent artistic work. Her short drama episode proved her ability to convey emotion on the silver screen. Afterschool proved her ability to lead and promote a group to the top. The bottom line is that Park ji Young needs to be with a company that will invest and cultivate her talents. She belongs in the big league.

It's great that LOENENT is uploading Kahi MVs. Since LOEN is better recognized than Pledis. LOENENT can better attract new fans but when people become fans they need to know that they should view Kahi videos on pledisartist because that's where the view are worth the most support to Kahi. well, girl written in korean (not the korean word for girl) is 걸 which is romanized as 'guhl' so you can't really blame them. and if you learned a second language (i'm not a native english speaker) there are some words that are just impossible to pronounce w/o stopping and preparing your lips to before saying it.
its because the R and the L share the same letter in the Korean alphabel. ㄹequals R or L. So when they want to say an english word that use either L or R they don't pronunce it as we normally hear it. Its almost like English speakers trying to say spanish words with the heavy emphasis in the r. They have trouble saying such words.
its not only hyori and kahi... most native-born Koreans pronounce girl "guhl". its just an accent. its hard to pronounce/accent the "r" sound for those that do not have perfect English pronunciation in korea
@cantor50 - PART 5, Kahi was the same women that once thought it was a great idea to wear a hair pin to tie up her hair because in an episode Shik Shin Expedition her hair got in the way of her eating. But she drop the hair pin idea quoting that her body rejects it i.e. it look too girly on her. Do you really think if Kahi had a choice she'll have After School do a song like Lady Luck and don't get me started on the Samantha Thavasa bags in the MV.

I recognized Kahi's leadership and involvement in After School but ultimately it's Pledis' decision to choose the After School songs and performance. Consider this, if Kahi had her way with Avex do you really think After School would be doing the songs that they do for their Japanese albums.
Loen is like the big parent with money. They are the record label company with power to control distribution rights and ownership of copyrights. They are very distant to decisions being made concerning the artist. That is where Pledis comes in. Marketing strategy and day to day management is their responsibility. Sales is the responsibility of fans. Over a period of five years, RUclips can be very revealing. I don't hate Pledis but I sure do see their bad and sometimes cruel decision making.
