Full Recipe:
| Ingredients |
-Beef Ribs
-1/2 Cup Table Grind or 16 Mesh Black Pepper
-1/2 Cup Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt
-1/4 Cup Granulated Garlic
-Lawry's
| Instructions |
Prep:
1. Trim the beef ribs per the instructions in the video.
2. Once the beef ribs have been trimmed, apply some worcestershire sauce, the SPG, and the lawry's seasoning.
| Cooking |
1. Set the smoker temperature to 275º F, and put the beef ribs on smoker. Let the beef ribs smoke for 3-4 hours.
2. After 3-4 hours, check the beef ribs and see if they need a spritz.
3. Continue smoking the beef ribs until they are tender, this took about 8.5-9 hours for this video.
4. Once the beef ribs are tender, remove from the smoker, wrap in foil and let rest for 1-2 hours.
5. After the beef ribs have rested, slice, eat, and enjoy your texas style beef ribs!
