Great video! Thanks! We outdoors people gave up wool back in the 80’s as LLBean & other companies started pushing polyester, fleece, & cotton. It’s a shame. I’m glad wool is coming back. Polyester is terrible for our environment on many levels!

It IS - and every time I sit around a campfire I can't help but scan what other people are wearing and suggest they move away from the sparks...

Wait - so I should make my sheep coats out of wool if I am trying to decrease the amount of sun-bleaching of the dark colored wool. The Cordura coats help but I wonder if wool would do better. I feel an experiment coming on......

There’s a reason we don’t heat of sheep getting sunburned!

Unless they get sheared during the sunniest part of the year, right? I’ve heard of sheep farmers keeping the sheep out of bright sun a day or so after the sheep get sheared.
