My son gets benefit payments because of the fathers SSDI. I was so confused if those benefits would be considered as child support. I’m happy to hear that it’s not.
I noticed you forgot to mention if you have a permanent disability and receive SSI what is the law say about trying to collect from someone that's permanently disabled that receives SSI then u can file a new portion for a review weather it be administrative or judicial and then bring proof and dismiss child support arrears
What happens when my children all over 30 and I’m homeless for the past three years and just got awarded SSI for measly $900 other than that I’ve had no income for the last three years
You continue owning until you file a change in circumstances child support modification with the court. Go to legal aid. Child support will not stop if you only have SSI until the month you file.

sir the one that's making this video why don't you emphasize on non custodial parents that are disabled and receive SSI and have a permanent totally disabled disability so you could quote the law about what is the law say about trying to receive child support and back child support for non-custodial parents that received SSI you always seem to leave that part out I don't know why

I don’t see how any disability would negate providing for offspring. That kid will just have a miserable provider of a father ….but it’s still your responsibility
Dont you understand the true meaning of disability some people aren't ever able to go back to work unfortunately it's hard on the kid but there's 2 parents. There are many levels of disabilities
@@xaviasmooth2716 still doesn’t exonerate you from responsibility. That’s stupid to expect . The mother or father should not be the sole provider. I do not feel sorry for anyone who complains about having to provide for their child. It’s quite frankly unattractive too

He's wrong if ur on ssi u d9nt have to pay and if ur on work leave cus ur hurt they freeze it

You do not have to pay child support if you get SSI, if you get SSDI then you have to pay child support it's a different
What about veterans disability? Is that viewed the same as social security disability?

It's a different between SSI VS SSDI
I get SSI disability only to get $935 child support 351 this just happened I won't be able to pay my rent my 700 dollars what's can I do
