Crunchy outside soft in side and you can store it for 15 to 20 days max

Di you have Sti Lankan muruku recipe using coconut milk?Here in Malatsia we get lot of ready made muruku flour but they are not tasty.Nothing like the ones mum used to make.She is from Jaffna .Where are you staying?Very kind if you for sharing and God bless you dear

Hi Janane, so sorry to hear this , if you see in my video I said you have to knead the dough till the sugar melts, the sugar is the liquid for this recipe ., it takes time but u must continue to knead till the sugar melt ., while kneading the dough the sugar will eventually melt... believe me it take a bit of time but the end results are amazing.. take care and be safe
