Samsung Odyssey ARK is a good monitor, downside it’s expensive, however it offers a landscape and portrait configurations

Hello just checking to see if you have a updated laptop you suggest since this video is older Also wondering if a 8GB of RAM is enough seems like EXP world is slow if not enough memory

As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, 8GB of RAM was generally considered the minimum for a laptop to run modern applications smoothly. I highly recommend looking into an electric adjustable desk! Two in one for you.
Thanks for posting! I use a MacBook Pro and apple iCloud. I don’t need to store much. Is what I have sufficient for backup or would you use something else in case my laptop is stolen or breaks?
I backup my families phones on iCloud but my computer along with my photos and video files goes to backblaze. If you’re not storing TB’s of files, I bet iCloud would do just fine. I just don’t know the setup for computer files onto there. You could also check out google drive.

Great setup. You went through this incredibly well. Is your monitor plugged in to the charging doc just for juice or is the HDMI routed through it also?
One monitor is plugged into the Lacie 2 big the other is plugged into the caldigit. Both are plugged in via DVI simply for video feed. Power is supplied to the monitors via a separate power cord.
Great video. Do you print often? I find my ink to be dried up and was thinking of getting a laser printer. Do you think I would print enough make the cost of a laser printer worth while? Also I have the Sony ZV 1 camera. Do you think that would work well for real estate photos? Thanx.
If you plan to print marketing material out at home regularly then yes, I'd recommend a color laser printer. However, before you go down that path, you should check with title and lenders to see if they'd print marketing material on their high dollar equipment for you. ZV1's a great camera. However it's a 24mm focal length which is likely not wide angle enough for most home interiors. Everything else it would do a great job.

No. Just use eFax.com if you need to fax or receive faxes often. Or docusign allows you to do the same thing.
Hi was this all tax write/ deductions? Also about clothes?
Yes they all should be. I can’t remember everything I spoke about but everything should be for the most part. Clothes are not. Only uniforms can be considered write offs. However, embroidery for logos and such could be. Check with your CPA.

Nice set up man but not every real estate agent “must have” all this camera gear, softboxes, double monitors so your title is quite misleading.
