For the wheels, you have to place them, pull them outwards (towards you), then push them in with some force. It's not as smooth as the video shows but they do go in. You don't need to remove the rings around the wheels.

For the wheels, it's best if you put the legs on a strong and solid table and then push the wheels in. It's easier to apply your body weight or body pressure and the wheels just go right in. After 1 day of trying on the floor I tried this 3 days later and was surprised how easier it was to do on a table. You're Welcome :)

If you're still struggling with those damn wheels, try installing them with the base upright, wheel to the floor. Snap the wheel in place, and roll the base around with one hand while keeping the wheel in the hole with your other hand. Roll the bolt from slanted to centered/upright until you eventually hit the sweet spot and it falls right in. It's more about rolling into that sweet spot than applying force. It'll get easier as you secure each wheel. This method is probably easier on a carpet or rug where you have more friction and control over the wheels than hardwood for example

Hi, Sorry we do not have replcement for the backsheet only and we suggest you to buy a cover for the back from other sources or buy a new chair instead :)
Everyone is complaining about the wheels. The wheels were easy. I can't get the seat attached to the arm rests. I understand what the instructions and the video say, but there are no holes in the bottom of the seat for the screws to go into. Am I supposed to puncture the bottom? How am I supposed to do this with an Allen Wrench? I don't own a power drill. I'm stuck here and kinda frusted.

The instructions that came with the box were horrible. I had to assemble everything twice. The 2nd time being my way. Then the wheels took forever. It took me over an hour to complete. Normally i complete these things in 10 mins

My cylinder goes down .5 inch when i sit,is it ok or my cylinder has a problem?

2024 - chair assembly the wheels are definitely hard but you just have to use a lot of force to pop them in

Take apart the seat from the rocking section. Then flip the seat around so it will tilt backward. This fixed my chair and your problem sounds similar.
Hi, sorry for the late reply, please try lifting the lever beneath the seat and see if the back returns, if not, we suggest you to reassemble.
