I can definitely relate to that now. My husband passed away 15 years ago. As you know, but I still feel that way. And I think that that is just being a good mom. When you're a good mom like you are, you will feel that way because you want to be so Productive, and you want to be all You can be for your children and your family and sometimes we don't give ourselves enough grace and know that we are enough, and we are doing enough, and you can tell by your family that you are doing enough But it doesn't stop us from feeling overwhelmed at times and feeling like we're not doing enough being enough, but we are and just the fact that you feel that way just says that you're a good mom.

My daughter just graduated preschool and is going to kindergarten next year too! She's my oldest and it's very bittersweet to watch her get older when I don't want her to lol ❤ congratulations to your girls! Kindergarten is a big deal!
we moved to a rural area only allowed 1 acre or more land and we love it sooo much! our old home ...we were sharing fences with the neighbors so it was a lot worse than your old home as far as parties. lol. but now we are on one acre and our backyard backs up to a beautiful horse farm and we love looking out from our living room and seeing our pool then horses hanging up under a tree for shade. So glad we took a chance and bought this home 7yrs ago! we are never leaving bc we are 5yrs from paying it off. OMG! what a goal for us! lol! tfs!

I can totally relate to what you said about being pulled in different directions. I'm feeling a lot of guilt at times about the things I haven't been able to accomplish and I think for me it goes back to perhaps needing more routine with the house and the decluttering. I would like to try a 10min daily declutter. I've done so much the last 2 years but the recent 6 months I've been unwell a lot so I'm finding it extremely daunting to start again but I know I just need to do it in small daily chunks. I would really like the more minimal home, which I have accomplished in parts, but we've recently just acquired more items from elderly family members, which is a bit overwhelming. It's not a huge amount, but what I'm finding is a lot of stuff shuffling. So it's just a bit of an Eek feeling at the moment. I'm going to think positive however, and try to overcome this. Thank you for the motivation❤ ps my children so hungry after school and during the hols so I'm excited about the snack suggestions 😊

My kids are older, but when they were little I often felt so much of what you're describing. Hang in there ❤ You're never alone!! There are different struggles when the kids are older, but I've never felt like my kids wouldn't understand my shortcomings as a person and know they are always wanted and loved unconditionally ❤️

I have been a teacher for many years and I had to pack up my Classroom then within four days my house sold and now I’m packing up household more. I also have a trip plan to go to Oklahoma to help my niece pack up because she’s an army wife and we’re packing her up to move to North Carolina then I come back and finish packing clean, clean, clean and move out all by June 21. You are a motivated person that really helps me keep going with your motivation !!! thank you thank you😂😅🎉

So awesome how the girls can be in the school together in September that’s how it was for my niece and nephew this year they got to ride the school bus together it’s so cute. I need to actually clean my closet but I’m still on restrictions of not lifting and bending from surgery hopefully after the appointment I have on June 13th I can get the okay to go again. This was so motivating for me to get things decluttering around my house , I need prayers on the 22nd my sister went into the hospital she had a really bad seizure she will have them the rest of herife which is very sad I'm her caretaker I'm always worring about her safety it happened when she was at her program for people with disabilities it's one of my fears that she has one when I'm not around and my fears came true so far she seems to be doing good

Hi Jamie! I can relate when you say you're being pulled in a lot of directions! I have 3 girls. When they were smaller, It was difficult because I did have family to help me out. Now they are older, trying to show each of them the same amount of attention is still difficult. I simply have to say to them, I'm trying my best!

love these bonus videos so much thank you. an idea you may not have thought of is your ceilings you've washed everything but and i no it may seem silly but dust and spiders collected there and we dont always focus on them cause no one touches them but its a big dust collector too. just an idea
This was so motivating for me to get things decluttering around my house , I need prayers on Wednesday my sister was in the emergency room due to her having a really bad seizure I'm her caretaker for that reason she doesn't feel them coming, one of my fears is her having a seizure when I'm not around (she goes to a program for people with disabilities) and no one will take care of her like I do and that day my fears came true so we need all the prayers that it doesn't happen again luckily she was able to come home the same day

Yay I needed this today. I’ve got so much to do. I’ve been busy doing other things outside the house this week now I’ve got a lot to do today. I’m doing some meal prep too. And that’s what I do for lunch. I get those meal prep containers and fix my meal and put them in the freezer and it makes like a little microwave meal for me. Mostly fish chicken turkey with some veggies maybe a little rice whole-grain rice that is.
I just buy frozen fruit and then thaw it in a bowl in the freezer but then again I don’t have kids so my husband I like to take it and put it in a bowl like a mixed fruit for snack. Put a little artificial sweetener some sort on it sometimes. mostly it’s blueberries and strawberries. For both diabetics so we have to watch on our fruit to so we do have mixed fruit occasionally. But I could see if you have kids you would want to have it cut up and fun pieces for them lol

Hey Jamie thanks for the video . As for lunch I’m kinda all over the place . Sometimes it just depends on the weather. Sandwich is my go to for the most part. It’s simple , fast and convenient . Hi Jamie.. i agree with the routine when school is out after a few short wks that routine starts to shift a bit🤣🤣🤣🤣where i live in the state of NY school ends for us close to the end of june for middle/high school middle of june then they just go back in for testing.. I cant wait for outdoor weather so much to do never enough time but we some how manage and get it done lol

I literally just said the same thing to my husband yesterday during a moment of feeling overwhelmed. "I wish there were 3 of me! One to hold the baby all day (6 months old and teething), 1 to do all the house work and 1 to spend time with out 5 year old!" Wouldn't that be nice?😂 It's definitely being the end of the year that makes it feel like you're barely keeping your head above water!! Yay for summer!
I think most people would not understand that you feel pulled in so many directions when you don’t have a job. U tube is a full time job. Everything takes so much longer to do when you are getting camera angles and finding time away from your family to film. Jamie, as moms we never feel like there is ever enough of us. Your children only care about your participation in what they do…you are winning!
Jamey…I haven’t had a lot of time lately to see your videos and I just popped this one on and I feel like you just said something just for me…. That we can handle whatever comes our way. I am FINALLY at the tail end of our house build (2 years from first seeing the lot!)… I am in the crunch of packing/organizing/cleaning my current house (it’s sold and closing in July) and getting the new house finished up….but yesterday the project mgr told me he can’t make the deadline for our movers (June 15)….😢. But today is a new day…. We are trying to re-schedule the movers for June 27/28. So excited to get back into your videos and now get organizing ideas!!!! I have missed you!
