I happen to stumble on to something. The wikipedia for 102 Dalmatians says the game was developed by Toys For Bob, the company behind the Spyro Reignited Trilogy and Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time, and yet looking up the list of games by Crystal Dynamics reveals 102 Dalmatians to be one of them. Watching this video seems to confirm that Crystal Dynamics overall made it.
I'll be picking up both it and the PS1 Emperor game around Christmas, but the former overall I'm looking forward to now that I've played Gex 3 and had a blast playing it.

@@ultrairrelevantnobody1862 Sometimes I find different sites give different info, so it can be hard to determine who exactly made what, I usually just go with the majority when unsure.

@@SeanSeanson the “Buzz Lightyear of Star Command” TV series is a great addition to the ToyStory-verse; moreso than “Lightyear”. Disney doesn’t give much appreciation to Side-B Projects like Song of the South (even if racism is controversial, but it’s more of caucasians having a superiority complex, if you ask me), and although Simba’s Pride sucks, 1 1/2 is a palette cleanser by giving us a midquel telling us the events of the original movie through the eyes of Timon and Pumbaa (in a similar narrative as “Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead”). There are some DTV Disney Sequels that fair better than others; my personal favorites are the Aladdin Sequels (plus the TV Series), the aforementioned Lion King 1 1/2, the “Buzz Lightyear of Star Command” series, and Kronk’s New Groove.
BTW, Code Monkeys making Goofy’s Fun House? That explains the video conversion in the Dingo Pictures themed PS1 and PS2 programs.

Even years later people are watching this. You did a great job covering all the Disney games. My memory is so outdated, like you mentioned Toy Story 2 as a Disney game and I was so confused, but then I realized "oh yeah Disney bought Pixar". Toy Story 2 was an amazing game. I liked Hercules too, really tough game and you had to beat it on hard to get the actual ending. Tarzan and a Bug's Life were also up there for me.

What was so amazing to me as a kid when it came to the movie tie-in Disney games was the fact that they were usually translated and dubbed into my native language of Danish. Something that just hadn't been the case whatsoever on any previous console generations.
This was also a big reason why I would tend to play simpler games like platformers until my early teens when I actually started to learn English.
    Text-heavy games were just a no-go otherwise.
I remember how mind-blown me and my brother were when we first played through A Bug's Life on the PS1 and the characters would suddenly start speaking in a language we could actually understand and not just some gibberish that might as well be Klingon to us xD

Hi, in that pop'n music game you needed some translation to sort out a possible menu option.
Did you know we can use android apps like google translate and such apps to translate pretty much anything in a picture or your phones camera feed.
You won't be gaming like that but sometimes if you get stuck somewhere and can't find guides, such translate apps can help.
I tried it on the menu options you showed and it seemed to translate it into something at least, if it was something sane and or helpfull i don't know though.

The Lion King game was my first 3d game I’ve ever played back when I was 3 or 4 years old. I remember when I picked up the controller, moved the joystick, and saw Simba move by using my own hands. Everything just clicked for me. Not sure how else to describe it. It was nice seeing the game again here.
One thing I definitely remember is when the game would start to play one of the cutscenes from Lion King 2, the game would just freeze but if you just wait 15 minutes the game would skip the cutscene and let you start the level. My disc was probably scratched but from the software perspective I have no idea why it would behave like that instead of crashing.

Hoo boy, what a nostalgia trip! Somehow had a chance to play nearly all of these sans the baby games during 2000-2002 years, and I wholly agree with the ranking. The common themes among these are "short" and "insubstantial" but there's still fun to be had, at least with the top 10 games for sure. DDR and Tetris games with their soundtracks were a wild discoveries.

1:19:06 The Bemani Sound Team is known for having quirky songs that you wouldn't hear in other sources, so if you were to showcase the game's audio, the Konami original music would be the way to go, since they are all live-stream friendly or something. Better yet, the western versions have many of the western pop songs taken out in favor of the Konami originals you would hear in DDR 4thMIX, its console counterpart, and Solo Bass Mix.

This was a super interesting video to work through(still about 40 minutes from finishing, but most of the way there). Glad I eventually got your channel recommended to me, and guess I'll be working through the rest of your videos as well. Considering you have a Pop'N Music controller, I'd bet we have some taste in common.

When you started hinting at playing a song from DDR Disney Mix, I just knew what was coming 😂 also the track Night of Fire is from Initial D too!

The Buzz Lightyear of Star Command series was pretty good, a lot of decent jokes and fun action sequences. I really enjoyed watching the series but you might not as it is ultimately a standard Saturday morning cartoon.

Really loved this video especially since it’s on a topic that I’ve wanted to see for a long time in this sort of format. I was kind of upset on your opinion of the Emperor’s New Groove since I’ve always considered it to be a hidden gem. I did grow up with it though so maybe it’s just nostalgia lol.

Really, compared to some of the stuff on that list The Emporers New Groove is miles ahead in terms of quality, but my opinion could also be swayed by the fact I never played it originally, plus I was about 11 or 12 games it at that point and everything just seemed a little worse by proxy haha

A smart person would have split it up into multiple videos, but I have this thing for long RUclips videos. I always watch them in bed to help me sleep at night so I thought I'd try my hand at making one myself.
Once again not the smartest idea I've ever had, but congrats on making it the whole way through 😅

Is there some secret old Sean Seanson channel hidden out there in the RUclips wilds where you honed your skills?
I hadn’t seen some of these earliest videos since back when I first found your channel and going back to them now I’m kind of blown away how from upload #1 it’s already so well edited, entertaining, and equal parts charming and good vibes.
