I have the same duckbill attachment but mine came from Amazon. I notice the one on Ebay claims it is made in Texas while mine was made in China. I haven't used it yet but it looks substantial in quality. Mine cost $116 and it came with the aluminum centering cone. I had to grind down the bubbly welds at the top of the Harbor Freight changer in order for the cone to fit over the vertical post.
I’ve been deliberating about the same ones you mentioned. Need to do a 20” wheel. Think I’ll try the Amazon chinesium one first as well. I was just a little worried about how skinny the horizontal bar is but this video seems to show it works fine.
I bought that same attachment from Amazon and I like it, but the duck head that it comes with is really bad (works well for installation but stinks for removal). It looks like you have a better duck head. I am debating on returning it and getting the much better tool with the bushings, clamps and bearings.

That attachment is great but the bar that comes with the tire charger has that attachment made on the end of the bar but it’ll mar up the rims. That attachment is more clean for sure
